IHOP

Everything was great. Food and waitress was awesome.

Horrible Service they didn’t have anything working they never told us that the fryers were down until after they gave us our drinks had to pay $15 dollars for 3 DRINKS ONLY !! Which by the way we didn’t even drink !!! On top all the waiters were at one booth talking couldn’t even get a to go cup

Took forever to get our waitress to take our drink order, then she couldn't remember the drinks. Ordered our food and then she charged us separately for the gray that is to come with chicken strips. Then to get refills we had to flag her down. To us it felt like she didn't like her job at all. Seen management 1 time and then the rest of the time they were in the office. That's the worse service I have ever gotten there.

Wife had the blueberry crepes, berries were rubbery, cream was missing something, she only ate two bites and then had me try it, very bland. I had the Colorado omlet, it was basically room temperature and the cheese wasn't melted, had it for leftovers today, microwaved it and it was good and the cheese melted. Son had the French toast with bacon and sausage, he destroyed it so I guess it was good.

If I had bad service, that would at least be some service. No one would seat me. No one would wait on me. After about 5 minutes, I just got up and left. And I was sitting in a very obvious seat. So I drove 1.7 miles up the road to Dennys where they immediately seated me & waited on me.

Horrible experience. Called in order (assured order would be ready within 15 minutes), drove to drive thru for pick up 20 minutes later. 2 vehicles ahead of us. Had 4 people ask us to confirm order. After about 10 minutes, Staff brought out ticket to sign & assured us order would be out shortly. 25 minutes later called to see what the hold up was. We were told our order was being bagged. They brought out partial order. They were waiting on pancakes. Took an hour to get a simple 2 breakfast order through drive thru After calling order in advance. One of the 2 vehicles in front of us were still waiting in line. Not acceptable!

Takes forever for someone to seat you if you aren't coming during the breakfast time.

Overall, it was good. You can’t go wrong with their pancakes. Being out of ketchup though for the hash browns, is a bummer.

The service leaves a lot to be desired although the food is good.

This restaurant is not clean. It took about 1 1/2 hours to get served, it was quite empty which was illogical. They did not give me my order correctly. They were out of certain foods. Its unfortunate to give my first bad review. Will not recommend it. 👎
