Rudest employees and managers! They stare at you and just walk by without helping you like a normal business would. It’s called customer service, “hi welcome to IHOP, please give us a moment we will be right with you” see that wasn’t hard !

It was late in the evening went we in to eat. We were sat down at a table. They were way under staffed. The young man taking orderes should have used a pad and taken notes. The order was wrong in several way. The lady that sat us was helping the one man in back doing cooking. I really hope this will get someone to help them with staffing.

Took my daughter and grandson to eat breakfast. My service was mediocre. Took 50 minutes to get my whole order out, the waitress blamed it on the cook. Only refilled my drink once after 25 minutes. Waitress forgot to bring my husband's sugar for coffee and the training waitress looked like she was being forced to be there. Never eat here. I would rate it less if that was an option.

Great service! Great staff! Dirty! Every time I've been in lately the walls, menus, syrups, high chairs, ect had food on it. Bathrooms are always gross. Though I have noticed someone going to clean them the last couple times I was there. So maybe they are trying to correct that. I should not need to ask for a rag to clean my table or feel the need to scrub the wall at the booth I'm sitting in. When a child can point out how dirty things are I would assume grown adults would see it.

I have gone in there twice this month (Oct.) I pay with my debit card and leave cash for the tip….they still tipped themselves an extra $10!

We've always had very long waits to be seated and waited on. We've been when it's been packed and empty and the service has been about the same.
The waitress have been super nice! They do get busy and disappear for long periods of time.
My food has always been good and fixed correctly.

Had the worst possible experience - waited an hour for my breakfast which was very simple. Asked 4 times for my toast which they kept forgetting. It was supposed to come with my breakfast and after we had all finished I still did not have it. Then when we wanted to pay they did not know how to apply a gift card - the manager could not figure it out either. So we waited another 30 minutes.

There is no way this place should have more than 1 star. Wait forever to be seated, people walking out of the door because no one acknowledges them. We have seen this happen multiple times here. Even mid day on a tuesday when no one is there, wait another half hour if your waitress feels like looking your way. Tables that sat down after us got up and left like we should have. Food was ice cold once I went up to the kitchen counters and asked for it myself after being there over an hour. We never once got a drink refill even with empty glasses as our food was dropped off. Every time we get told "we are short staffed" that's every time we have been over the period of a year we have been here. That's just an excuse they use every day. No one even ate their food except our 3 year old who was very hungry. We got to leave after almost 2 hours.

It took over 20 mins to get seated and then the waitress took good care me as far as getting everything right on point. They didn't have creamer for the coffee which was really sad. But the food was good. Mind you it wasn't busy at all. .....
