Food was good, service was decent. I had to tell the hostess she was seating people that arrived well after I did, after that we got seated right away. Dining area was filthy, food all over the floor, sticky tables, and they just swept it to one end of the isle and left it on the floor in a pile.

Very poor service from our waiter (understand that one waiter doesn't mean the whole place is lousy), but the order was also incorrectly done (no fruit on pancakes that were supposed to have it). Very long wait as well. Would give it 1 star, but the food was warm when served and quality was otherwise adequate.

Been there several times, every time it takes a while to get seated and on one occasion a server seated the people after us as she glared at us. Food is good but apparently every cook makes the food how they want, not according to the menu description. I love my BACON, so when it says BACON is sprinkled on top, I want to see my BACON sprinkled on top LOL

The service was amazing, we arrived with a party of 25 and were seated accordingly and in a covid safe fashion and were accommodated with such a large party. The service was quick and the servers were very respectful. This was a nice experience.

Food was what it's expected from an IHOP, 1 waitress for the restaurant no cashier no one helping her. She was running back and forth trying to do everything by herself.

Terrible service. We waited 30 min to be seated after employees assured it would be a 15 min wait then our waitress came up 10 min after we’d been seated she took our orders for drinks and food at the same time, we had to call her down after 45 min of waiting for just our drinks. which she brought out with the ice mostly melted, we waited another 30 min for our food which came out cold and it was cooked wrong the first time and said she’d bring out more of it properly prepared, it came out cold and undercooked and some of the food was soggy such as the pancakes and french toast. terrible service and quality of food!

We kept looking at all the servers for one of them to help us, one of them finally approached us and asked if we had been helped. Tables are too crowded, servers had to walk sideways to get through to the booths. Restrooms need very much attention. They need to be more organized.

We waited for twenty minutes at the table without even a hello. There were only maybe 4 tables with people at them. After we finally placed our order the table next to us said “we wondered how long you were going to sit there with no one helping you.” My omelette was cold and my daughters chicken strips were the wrong ones. Had to wait on pancakes that were just barely acceptable. I would have sent it all back but we were starving! The young man who helped us was wearing a dirty shirt and no name tag. Everything we asked for like salt and syrup when we ordered we had to ask for multiple times. Even though he wrote down everything and repeated it to us. They are trying to come up with ways to keep working that’s for sure, but they need to get orders correct to keep people happy and coming back.

UPDATE TO MY LAST REVIEW. our most recent visit was much better. We visited much earlier before the rush started and it was more calm and things ran much better. I have not been back whike it is so busy to comment on if it has improved or not. However, this trip there was no yelling and arguing in the kitchen. So that alone made it worth it.
I love the IHOP food its fairly clean and always busy.

I placed a call in order and they sent an email saying the order would be ready at 5:44am. I got to the restaurant and went I went inside and didn't see anyone, I had to call the restaurant for someone to come upfront. The guy came upfront and said they didn't hear the printer and a lady was in the back counting money. I got my food at 5:56am and was late for work. I will never go to this place again.
