IHOP

Bad service! Waitress are disrespectful

This is NOT the IHOP to go to! They don't know what a side salad is, at all. They messed up on two out of the meals then over charged us! Only thing good was the grilled chicken. Not happy, at all with this place. Not coming back!!!!

I've been here several times some times you get decent service other times you just don't get served. Waited half an hour for them to take our order for drinks. We watched 3 other people that came in after us get there order for drinks before they got to us. We were fixing to get up and leave when the manager noticed and sent a waitress to get our drinks ordered. And then when she came to get our order she asked do y'all mind if I take y'alls order. Not sure what she meant by that but I found the waitress that night to be especially rude. Our wait for food was about 25 to 30 min not too bad but given how long we already waited for just getting our order token it was long. We were missing an item that we ordered when our food came and the ham was cold. Overall if I would rate this place from this one time it would be a zero.

The interior could use a make over but we went to eat not do their interior decorating. What i really liked about this ihop especially was they where constantly cleaning and disinfecting. The cooks where on point that day too. We will definitely be back

Not a fan of this place because of the service. The food is always good regardless, but we're lucky if the waiter/waitress so much as smiles at us when we're sat down. This last trip I came with my mother and we ended up just leaving. At least 4 waitresses walked passed us and they looked at us multiple times, but we sat for at least 15 minutes and not a single person even asked us what we wanted to drink. No thanks.
ETA: decided try this place again because my siblings wanted to go. They only had 1 waitress but the hostess was awesome and served us. We got our drinks right away and our food came after about 10ish minutes. They definitely did a lot better then my last visit and I'm a lot more willing to come back again.

The food was good, our waitress was good. The cleanliness, the customer service skills-needs a major haul. The manager held a staff meeting in front of everyone (customers) told them not to be gossiping, standing around, being on phones, etc. Good staff meeting by the way. You could hear everything in the kitchen from curse words to compliments. Screaming from wait staff to kitchen, we had to ask for our table to be cleaned. Never had I seen IHOP be like this??

Wonderful food. Drove up from Jal NM for some decent food and service. Would come here again.

I love IHOP. This one is pretty good. Might be short staffed like alot of other places. But I haven't had a bad server or service.

It took forever for them to even knowledge that we were standing at the door to be seated, and then the woman just glanced at us and disappeared. When we finally got our seats no waiter came to our table to ask for our drinks. Finally after more then 15 minutes of us even trying to get someone's attention we got up and left. It would not even have been that bad if it was busy, but it was not. My husband went back in and tried to talk to the manager they could not even find him or her! Not happy with this restraunt!!

They need more help during busy times. Everyone was friendly just overwhelmed with bigger parties, they tend to forget items asked for. Food was good and as ordered 😋 thank you IHOP!
