Place is a joke. Let me sit out side for 25 minutes before calling me to let me know they don’t do curbside you have to come inside. When I went inside host ignored me and the food still wasn’t ready. Staff was rude.
Food was ok at best. Terrible experience.

My family and I went there for brunch and was waiting to be seated.The person working there said we would have to wait to be seated until after a table got their drinks. Another family came in after we did and got seated right away. The person working there said we would have to wait to be seated until after a table got their drinks. I don't see where that would have made a difference or not. There were tables that were open.

Slowest and rudest service in Carlsbad.

I have been here twice now, and the same experience both times. Host and servers extremely rude and very slow. Food is decent.

We were here and the server only had 2 tables to serve. We were told it would be a 15 min wait. We were sat down and got drinks ordered,another table arrived 20 min after us and still got their food before us. The server waited until she had NO tables before she even came over.

I walked in at 9pm after a long drive from Phoenix AZ. The sign on the door says open till 11pm and the girl there says "sorry, we're closing early". Very disappointing. This younger generation is gonna find out the hard way that customer service is key to a successful business

Most rude restaurant people ever met. Ignored at the hostess front desk for 10 minutes, then I tried to summon help from employees walking around. Told "there are only two of us" and she walked away....guess that's my problem. We walked away, never to visit ANY IHOP again. Try restaurants elsewhere.

I found this place to be a joke. In my opinion, it was filthy with unpleasant odors. I saw food all over the floor and nobody seemed to care, as per the pictures attached. Horrible impression.

Just like others reported, we also waited forever to be attended and served.

The manager disappeared with my credit card for 10 minutes. I got really worried.

I do not recommend this place. I’d recommend that the management invests into employee training, customer service, and cleaning staff.

For the time being, i’ll avoid.

Placed a pick up order to be picked up at 7:05 am. When I showed up at 7:05 the cook had apparently just shown up. The guy who created me was completely rude and acted like it was ridiculous that I didn’t know it wouldn’t be ready at the time I had scheduled it to be ready. Then when I asked about how long it would be he acted like that was the most outrageous question that he couldn’t be bothered to answer. The problem was not that the food wasn’t ready but the way I was treated.

I had mold on my fruit and this was my crepes!!!
Suppose to be strawberry.
Also ,got a turkey dinner with no gravy and broccoli that is dried out and dried out turkey as well.
We are from out of town and too tired to go back and get it fixed......you should check you to go orders before they go and make sure they have everything and are presentable.....
Even my husband's breakfast sampler was dried eggs and dried ham and rubber sausage.
Plz check the food before leaving and honestly feel the workers should check....
When I was there waiting for my order other people were inside seating and eating and they were complaining as well.
One lady didn't get her daughters order they already was trying to give her her check to leave she was like excuse me I'm missing half my order, than another guy there got his food served cold had to ask them to put it in the microwave and his daughters order was incomplete.
When I called and the manager spoke to me he asked me what I wanted done about it...
Hello, as a manager why don't you speak to your staff and correct the issues obviously I wasn't the only one!!!!!
