IHOP

Terrible service. Workers pass by, see you and don't say anything, left us waiting by host stand. They were not busy, there were only 4 tables with customers. Finally we asked a young man if they were closed or something and he said "no let me tell the hostess." Two ladies arrived just said "we'll be right with you" stayed by the register for the longest time. We waited 10 minutes, we walked out right in front of them. Worst customer service ever.

Roaches at table. Took an hour to receive food. Waitress was okay. The food did taste good and there were only four tables of people so should not have taken so long.

Got there at 8:30 and ordered food and drinks at 8:50, only because someone in our group asked the waiter to come help us. We didn't get our drinks until 9:15 and 3 in our group didn't receive theirs at all. The waiter never returned to our table although we were the only people in the entire restaurant. We finally left at 10:00. We never received our food or a single refill. Needless to say the service was terrible. I would not recommend this IHOP to anyone ever.

It is expected to talk with friends than to look at what the client needs, that's why there are no people because of the poor service

A standard IHOP experience meaning okay quality food, okay service, and screaming children inevitable. Nothing extraordinary.

This place was so unprofessional about maybe 10 ish minutes to be seated and maybe another 10 to get our drinks took about an hour to get our food the waiter was more or less also cooking because of how long he was in the back for a WAITER! They were so short staffed the manager had to be a waiter and she still wasn’t good there was no way she was a manager because of how she behaved and even about 5 families or couples left because of how long they were waiting to even be seated.

Very good food and service, always pleased when I stop in for breakfast.

My Belgian waffle was hot and ready pretty quickly. I like it softer, but it was fine. The waiter was polite and doing his best to serve everyone.

Ordered sweet tea and it was bad at 11:15am. Like old or something. Also ordered the roast turkey dinner, was told as they gave us our food that they didn't have any gravy. Definitely not one of the better iHOPs we've been to. Our server Blake and also Tabitha were very good, just seems like their kitchen staff could improve. Seems to be the normal from other reviews, which I usually look at beforehand. We had planned to go to Chili's but their hours are incorrect so went to iHOP instead. Will not repeat. Go else where.

Food was OK but slow, not normal IHOP standards. Slightly over charged us. Apparently short staffed.
