Kaleidoscoops Ice Cream and More

We were visiting from out of state and decided to stop by for a treat for the family. Based on some of the reviews we were slightly weary, but gave it a try. We were very happy with the service and the ice cream was delicious!!! The staff was super friendly as well. The kids got 2 small scoops and they were far from small. I shared a banana split that was so good I forgot to take a before picture 🤣

The small cheese burger basket is BIG and delicious! Hand scooped ice cream was uummy. Fast, friendly service. This is a popular place but they get your food out quickly and hot!

Local spot that has a great breakfast burrito. They serve typical burger/shake shop food with specials. They have a solid ice cream selection as well. Everyone is friendly and food was made to order.

Banana split ice cream was excellent. Chicken sandwich was a little dry and bacon was chewy fresh cut fires were great. But overall a good experience.

Ordered double bacon cheese burger with a banana split. Burger came with fries which are salty and under cooked, burger came with nothing but 2 patties, cheese, and bacon that's it no lettuce no tomato no mustard. Banana split was good but this meal was not worth the 26 dollars I paid.

Place is pretty pricey. $21.88 for a banana split and a 3scoop in a cup ice cream. No extras added.... Ice cream scoops weren't big ☹️ Ice cream was good though 😋 but honestly won't be returning.......

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. We went on a Sunday, and the young man behind the counter didn't seem to like his job. I asked what all came on their salad, and he said idk I'm not the cook. I then just put in my order, and he moved on to the rest of our family. He was really bothered by the fact that we all were separate tickets. He seemed To be put out by us. There were six of us and my husband, and my food came out pretty fast. We went ahead and started eating to keep our food from getting cold while the others waited. The next order didn't come for 20 minutes. Then we waited for another 20 before asking where the rest of the food was. He asked what we had and returned back inside. We ended up being there for over an hour before getting all our food. He did take the time to apologize for it taking so long, but I really don't think he put the rest of that order in until we said something. I had high hopes for this place because I was told they had good food, but they didn't even try to compensate us for how they put us out. I don't blame the owners for anything but allowing this young man to work there. He doesn't really want this job!

Understaffed, no management limited training experience for the young two working at the front tonight. They need more training when it comes to learning the register and working under pressure during busy hours.

Customers were stacked in a long line waiting for a while they tried their best. Two young kids trying to handle the long rush while being limited to their training experience. We chose to be polite and did enjoy the food this evening. Our frys were cold but it was understandable.

Our milkshakes took almost two hours due to the rush being big and them forgetting that they were in the Fridge. After a little bit going by the cook asked the register people if they knew how to work the register. She was frustrated due to the lack of communication it looked like.

It was my first time coming to this place & I'm so glad I did. It deserves waaayy more than 5 stars. I visited Kaleidoscoops with my fiance, mother. We had ordered Catfish, Crispy chicken salad, and a Burger w/ Cheese tots. Really fresh food! Everything was amazing. 👏 The salad we had received was well worth the money! You won't be disappointed coming here. The staff are very helpful & polite. There was seating outside which was nice at the end of a long day. We also had dessert. Superman waffle cone, Rocky road M&m's waffle cone, Strawberry Cheesecake waffle cone ice cream. All employees were wearing masks. I will be returning here when i am visiting again!!!

Lots of ice cream selections and a good menu for food that's fast but not fast food. Very pleasant young lady at the counter. We ordered ice cream and were quite happy with our experience here.
