Kaleidoscoops Ice Cream and More

Usually great service and great food. Waited in drivethru for over an hour went in finally got service food was then put on top of a cooler getting even colder. Said I wasn’t going to pay full price for hour old, cold food. Girl disappeared for another 10 minutes comes out and ignores us and starts helping other customers. Sorry y’all. But I will not be going back. I would have stayed there while they remade the food but being ignored was the last straw. But go and try the food maybe you will be treated better.

Stopped for ice cream on our way home. The kids liked their flavored ice cream but I did not. The ice cream was grainy almost like eating sweet sand. Their is a unpleasant smell as you walk into the store and a lot of flies.

Good place for ice cream, thats what my wife and I went for. Most of the ice cream in the display didn't have any label or was labeled wrong which takes more time for the order because we had to ask what every flavor we were interested in was. But other than that they had really friendly staff and the establishment was pretty clean.

I really wanted to like this place but sadly I was completely disappointed.

I went here with my family because it looked like a cool little trendy spot. The menu on google looked great and the pictures of the food looked even better. That's about where it ended. We walked in and looked at the menu and were blown away by the prices.

$12 for a chicken finger basket? $12 for a hamburger basket? I thought to myself, well, maybe they have large portions like what it looked like on the pictures.

3 chicken finger baskets, onion rings, 2 teas, 2 waters... $63. Math doesnt add up, lesson learned, ASK FOR A DETAILED RECEIPT. Now, after reading others reviews, it seems like it happens quite often. Hmm...seems like a little scam to me.

After 30 minutes or so we recieved our meals and that sealed the deal for me. The smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen. Taste was no better than what I can throw in the oven out of a bag. The fries were soggy and the onion rings were burnt/ hard inside.

I attempted to make up for the failed meal with a scoop of ice cream and a 15 cent off happy hour milk shake but unfortunately only the scoop of rainbow sherbet was the only item worth mentioning.

I probably will never return here but if I do, itll be only for a scoop of ice cream and I'll make sure I dont get overcharged.

Although we were 2nd in line we waited about 10min before getting to order. When we got to the counter to order the guy came up and then just stared at us. With him saying nothing, we decided to just tell him what we wanted. He spoke so quiet and would never speak up, we had to ask him to repeat several times. We then sat down about 10 minutes later we had to get up to ask for our drinks. Once our food came out the chicken was overdone, the gravy was liquidy and didn’t have taste, the burger didn’t have bacon on it even though we paid for it. Both of our fries weren’t cooked all the way.
And we had to go to three tables before we found a ketchup bottle with ketchup in it.
This business has so much potential if only the owner cared.

Walked up, read this sign, and walked away. We have record low unemployment in the country right now. None of my money is going towards someone who thinks like this.

Fun place, with an extensive menu. There are several freezer cases with a wide choice of ice cream flavors. The waffle cones aren't just made in house, but cooked in a waffle maker in front of you (then chilled a couple minutes in a freezer to avoid melting the ice cream too quickly).
They make all kinds of shakes, floats, and sundaes too. The menu has lots of different sandwiches (Reuben!) as well as burgers and hot dogs. There's a big kids menu too.

Great staff! Great atmosphere! The ice cream and frozen yogurt were delicious. And by far the best home made waffle cones we have ever ate in our lives! No joke, I want to go back just for a damn waffle cone!! Ha ha. Also greatly priced!!

The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful, but the ice cream was not so good. It taste like it was old and had been in the freezer too long.
