I used to love Biggby. I've lived in South Lyon for five years, and this establishment has consistently screwed up drinks. I gave up going for a while, now I pop in once a year hoping there is some improvement, and end up with a lukewarm latte with burnt espresso.

Great specialty coffee drinks! My favorite is a 24oz iced butter bear with an extra shot of espresso. Lovely staff that is always friendly!

I would have given this store a higher rating because the quality of the coffee is always beyond satisfactory, however; this morning, I ordered a roast beef cheddar asiago bragel, and what I received was a very pathetic excuse for a sandwich. There was literally a single paper thin slice of roast beef with an absurd amount of cheese, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. In addition, it seems like lately the service isn't as fast as it used to be. I'm not sure I'll continue to go there on a bi-weekly basis for their coffee.....

Love biggby, but had several very slow encounters at the drive thru. There weren't very many in line and no one inside, yet it took them a solid 5 minutes just to take my card at the window.

Good service, good coffee. Not a "cozy" place to have coffee, but I've never been in a Biggby that was. Great place to meet up for coffee, study, or just grab a Joe before work. :)
