Biggby Coffee

Normally I would give this location 5 stars. Ive never had a problem till today. I dont like the service i received. When ordering I felt like we were being rushed. First drink that they tried to hand us was wrong. Without asking they used my free drink from my card. (I was saving it) We had used a bogo coupon. Then when i got my drink it was made completely wrong.

It was six in the morning and the young lady at the drive thru window was a doll. I was in a loud truck and just told me to pull up to the window. Took my order and executed everything I asked for and extra.

There can be a line up at peak times, but everyone is always friendly and cheerful, even when you can see that they're insanely busy.

This place ROCKS I love the service, the baristas, the general VIBE of here. Bagel and hot coco: 10/10
A side note tho they are limiting non buying students to 4 at a time I don’t mind though. Highly recommend

Biggby has been my obsession for the past eight years. I lived near a really great one but when I moved to South Lyon, the quality went down. Although the workers are very friendly, my mocha is always lukewarm.

I got a Caramel Mellow Mocha and it doesn't taste like those flavors at all. It tasted like black coffee with some creamer. Highly disappointed. I am a huge Biggby fan but this was not the quality I'm used to. I don't know if I'll go back to this location again.

It is seriously overpriced for watered down hot chocolate. The staff was fantastic but I don't see how people pay that much for a drink daily.

I had a really good creme freeze. I was not familiar with the menu at all but, did not feel rushed to make a decision. Will definitely be back soon! Employees were nice at the drive-thru.

Giving this place five stars since the new owner has taken over and pretty much revamped the whole thing. Amazing what they've done the customer service has returned 10 fold. Line is always quick even if it's long and they always get your order right. I don't think there's been a case where they've screwed up in the past 20, 25 times I've been there. Especially like their biggby club to where you can earn points on your drinks which is awesome.

One thing I wish they would offer is being able to buy TCBY yogurt on the off hours through the drive-thru window on the Biggby side... The new Hudson location has a refrigerator inside because they don't have a drive-thru but it would be awesome if they could add maybe even something at the window or offer it to you because I'm guessing they probably are not allowed to put it on the menu outside due to franchise reasons.

So yeah start selling your frozen yogurt through the drive-thru window and even those cookies.
