Biggby Coffee

This Biggby has much improved over the last year. The people are very nice as the speed is much better. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back because they gave me regular milk for the second time when I ordered coconut. This REALLY messes up my day. If you like Biggby I would suggest this one, as long as you aren’t lactose intolerant.

The store is keeping it's thrive on! A mother of mine got a Chai Latte today. She was absolutely thrilled with the taste. She doesn't get them very often and was very excited to try it again and was not disappointed! I even tried a sip and I loved it too. Next time I'll have to order an Iced Chai Latte with an Espresso shot. It would be just the kick I need!

Very friendly staff! I love the red bull freeze plus I love asking the cashiers what other drinks they recommend and I have found some new ones that are really good!

I've had drinks messed up twice by this location, and the staff once literally told me that a hot chocolate was the same as a decaf mocha; I think they just didn't want to redo it. Not pleased with this location.
An update, different day: I've been sitting in the drive through for this Biggby for at least 15 minutes. This is ridiculous for drive-through coffee.
Another update, 2 years later: Once again, I've been sitting in the drive though for this location for at least 15 minutes. I don't know if this location is just understaffed or under trained. I may stop coming here entirely.

We just picked up some refreshing cold drinks from here. I got the "Raspberry Zinger Creme Freeze" and it's officially my summer drink now! The person at the window was very friendly and courteous, and the service was very fast. Thank you!

I love this coffee shop. I enjoy coming here before school starts and drinking an iced coffee and eating a bagel. I feel so energized and happy because my coffee always tastes amazing and the bagels taste fresh and are always hot. This is a definite 5 stars.

The South Lyon Biggby is a regular stop for me on weekday mornings. The staff is always friendly and keeps the line moving quickly. My order is always perfect and my dog loves the treats!

Everybody I've met there so far have been nice and helpful and only took a couple minutes to get my coffee and my Bagel sandwich inside the store nice clean and good Wi-Fi

Stopped by for a coffee at 8:05 PM on my way through town. Even though that had closed for training early (they are normally open until 9 PM) the owner came to the door, ask me what drink I wanted, and made it for me. Amazing service and hospitality even when closed. 5 stars!!!
