BIGGBY COFFEE

I went through the drive thru. My order was quick, the items came out quick, and the staff were kind.

I do NOT want to give one star... If you want Biggby, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. If you want an INCORRECT order with a side of ATTITUDE, then this is the place for you. I placed an online pickup order, expecting my MORING coffee and instead received an AFTERNOON coffee because of the wait. We are a MORE than understanding team here with our own customer service, we are hopeful that others in the customer service industry use the same curtesy. Overall, I am disappointed.

My sister and I stopped here on our way back to Wisconsin for a tasty "wake me up" drink. Our barista was friendly and very patient as we had questions. We got our coffee drink custom and it was delicious!

I was in the drive thru, about 2:15, waiting for a good 4 min before anyone asked what I wanted, and there had been no one ahead of me. As I drove up, they never greeted me, they were having a discussion about things that were pronounced wrong... Took my card, I paid, got my coffee and left. Worst services I ever had, first time I never left a tip, last time I will go to that biggby.

If there is a line, they are slow. Hours have varied recently, but they post them on the window a week in advance. The coffee is a bit expensive but I always go for the cheap specials and am seldom disappointed. Don't know about the quality or accuracy of a double skim latte with half foam shaken not stirred add fairy dust and cinnamon, but I'm sure its you people ordering for the whole office at 6am that make the line of vehicles unbearable.

Fast service and delicious coffee. In store is super clean and organized. The workers know what they are doing and will answer any questions you have to help you figure out what drink you want them to craft for you.

Just got 2 cups of coffee at the portage road location for $14, I did expect this, but then the person in the drive through window asked me if I wanted to leave my tip on the card. It’s very rude to expect a tip especially when I had to repeat my order 3 times. At $7 per cup biggby should be paying their employees enough that they don’t need tips.

It's solid but I really can only afford it if I use a buy one get one coupon. Luckily they usually send those out every other week, so I can stay heavily addicted to caffeine. I'd say get your drinks without whipped cream unless you really really love sugar.

OMG, the staff today was amazing, a small child was lost today and walking in the street, I stopped to help this kid, and call the police, the staff asked us if we wanted to come in side and wait . While we waited the staff gave the kid a drink and a cookie and made her feel safe till the police came, thank you for all that you did to make a bad situation better for this little one, and a thank you, to the officers that responded.

Fast service. Prices are a little high, but on par with other places.
