BIGGBY COFFEE

Always fast friendly service. Never have to wait in line. I would say the only down side to this location is how the drive thru is set up. Makes it alittle hard if you have a larger vehicle but if its a problem you can just go inside for the same service. Biggby has the BOGO coupon every now and then. Makes if really nice if you are buying more then one. And cant forget free shot Friday!

Just traveling through the area notice the coffee shop they were very helpful Pleasant people answered all the questions I will return to the Biggby coffee chain they did a great job thank you

The person with pink hair and a bombastic voice was super nice and overly enthusiastic, which I loved. Kind of made me laugh, but in a good way! Thanks!

I commute early in the morning. The staff are friendly (no small feat for 6 am). They add just the right amount of ice so I can drink my coffee right away, but it is still hot!

Always a Michigan favorite when I'm home visiting! I was actually on my way back to Kansas City when I stopped in at this location! The staff was SUPER awesome and friendly, they wished me well on my trip!

This location is very slow in the mornings and they never can hear me on the speaker iam almost yelling they tell me to pull up mind you after I was 2nd car in line waiting with window down getting soaked! Nice staff great drinks and prices just slow!

Great coffee and service

I love Biggby, but every time I visit the Portage Road location, the service is sooooo slow.
Three people ahead of me, 15 minutes later someone asks what I ordered. They weren't even making it because someone had thrown the ticket away.
I get it if you're busy, but they clearly weren't.
Stick to the Westnedge location across from Meijer.

Always my pick over Starbucks. Love their mocha mocha frozen and many of their drinks come with 3 shots of espresso so no need to up charge to get that extra boost.

I love this biggby. It's close to my work and it's far enough away from WMU that there isnt a bunch of college students in there. The staff is awesome. Personalable. I feel welcomed each time I come thru. I have been the only customer in the building, hanging out and doing homework and the staff keeps there conversation casual and appropriate.
