terrible service. My drink was not as usual, I asked the person who was serving some extra coffee and he told me that he had to charge me extra. is seriously? I was waiting for my coffee for 10 minutes and at that time I saw how they prepared 8 cold coffees and they threw everything that was left in the blender away and they want to charge me a little extra coffee to accommodate my drink that tasted like chocolate milk? she just didn't want to fix my problem.

I have been to Gloria Jeans before, and usually the service isn’t too bad, however as of recently I had one of the worst encounters I have ever had in customer service. The short girl with reddish hair was very rude and lacked everything that a person in customer service should have. She didn’t smile, she didn’t acknowledge me when I said thank you, and she seemed unhappy to be there; her attitude made me never want to come back. After reading many reviews, it seems like this specific employee should reconsider her actions.

The drink I got, the sleigh ride chiller, was decent but not as good as I remember. However, my review regarding the female employee that was working this morning, provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. So unfriendly, no smile, just a quick "mhm" as she walked away when I said thank you for my drink at the end. I put my debit card in the machine too early, and she just ripped it outta the machine and said nothing, but looked unbelievably irritated with me. Customer service is NOT the job for this young girl.

I come to this location often and I never have an issue, but today, the service was horrible. I asked the employee if they take Apple Pay and she says rudely, “that’s what it says.” Proceeds to make my drink, slide it across the counter, “there you go.” I apologize for being an inconvenience. 🤦🏽‍♀️😳

Everything here is just delicious and service pretty friendly. The best hot chocolate without a doubt.

Cashier was very inpatient and boarding rude, with a T-shirt that was longer then the shorts I hope she had on. I understand times are difficult and staffing is short. Just try to be a little kinder and have some patience for people that are willing to spend over $7 for coffee!

I love getting coffee from here. However, there is a blondie that claims she is the manager. Looks pretty young . Anyway, she is nothing but poor of a manager and lacks the customer service that a business should have. I wont go into detail about my experience today, but she needs a reality check. From the looks of reviews , I’m not the only one who feels this way. The girls never smiles , she talks to people any kind of way , and if she claims she’s the “only” person who works there, why isn’t there positions posted on indeed? Why isn’t there anything to go to to even apply for a job? Because she needs to go!

The girl working the counter was very rude. Didn't greet customers. No smile. I didn't get the drink I ordered because she is too busy distracted with ear buds in. When I asked about my drink she snatched up the drink and threw it out. She said I didn't heat the rest of your order

Normally love Gloria Jeans but the past few times I have gone, there is this short red Brad girl working there that clearly does not enjoy her job. Very rude and condescending, snippy, not smiley. I even told her that yesterday when she decided to talk down to me, like I was dumb. She also hand wrote a sign and placed it but the cookies “you break it, you BUY it”. I don’t know how else to make it get through to her superiors without posting the review to Google. Hopefully she finds a job one day she actually enjoys. Clearly, serving people is not her forte.

So I went here twice first time was amazing I loved it the workers were sooo nice and today I went it was at 11:00 and the short worker girl there was soooo rude she had a huge attitude and didn’t say a word to me and slid my drink on the table and mumbled chai tea she did not have a good attitude at all it was very rude of her kinda disappointed
