the new owner is horrible, we want the old ones back! sue, (the lady) OVERCHARGED my coworkers credit card and they held her money and over drafted her account ( it cost my coworker 30 dollars) SUE told me and my friend she could have a free drink even once her money is refunded. took two weeks and went to cash in on the free drink and the owner accused me of lieing ( in front of others)saying i had already gotten the free drink when i never did. the gentleman who is part owner seems good, but never see him there. it's so sad because i went there every single day on lunch break for 18 months and to see such an awesome place go so down hill, breaks my heart. working for the neighborhood ford dealer, we give them ALOT of business, but with such an excellent Bigby right up the road in dearborn heights, i promise that i will see to it that everyone i talk to knows NOT to go there. Sue is very rude, unprofessional and inexperienced. GO SEE MAHER IN DEARBORN HEIGHTS ON FORD ROAD! i will be calling corporate. the only reason i gave it a star was so this will post.

Place is great. I was delayed in line because I was buying 8 cups of coffee and I was fine with that, but the manager offered me a free drink. Great service and coffee.

The staff at this location is super friendly and the drinks are consistently excellent. There's also a nice patio area out front to sit and relax.

There are not many bigby coffee shops. I go where i can. The neopolitan is really good. I like the choice of flavors. I'm getting tired of same old Starbucks usual old flavored lattes.

Coffee is pretty good here, great service and nice place to sit down for a while and enjoy a drink.

We come here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The employees are great people and will always makes you feel welcomed!

Something unsanitary! The woman who appeared in charge came out of the bathroom wiping her hands on her jeans then handled the cash and took over making my drink without washing her hands in the kitchen or using gloves. She put her hands bare in the ice, using a short scoop so her hand was partly buried bare in everyone's ice. Then holding the pitcher with my drink with her thumbs inside to hold the container and putting her bare fingers all over the end of the whipped cream tip. The other worker got big eyes at her when she put her apron on before washing her hands and said, "I got it" noticing my look of fear, but she continued. I paid for the coffee and threw it right away waste of money and time. Not worth getting sick over. She's the type that takes a #2 then doesn't know how to wash her hands right and exit the bathroom without touching everything. Then wants me to eat whipped cream squeezing past her fingers and drink a frozen drink with ice her bathroom fingers have been all over!

This Biggby location is in the right spot there a lot of parking spaces has great selection on coffee hot or cold..The staff is very friendly & helpful.

Nice location for studying, as the background noise is just loud enough to drown out conversations from nearby tables. Outdoor seating available too, but no view to speak of.

Underrated. Helpful service
