We stopped by with my friends for coffee . Friendly service, great job. The best Biggy B Coffee in Michigan. Coffee is very fresh . Definitely worth it to try it. 👍

It's gone noticeably downhill over the past year. Service is okay but the place itself is really dirty and beat up.

Now we making ppl scan a barcode for Wednesday promotion when you can go to an other BIGGBY coffee and get it just for stopping by on Wednesday… disgusting DO BETTER

First tym I tasted Biggby coffee, it was simply superb. Friendly staff and nice ambiance, enjoyed outdoor seating.

Great coffee, great ambient, lot of space to sit and enjoy your time here.

this was the best coffee i have ever had. i was traveling to dearborn over the summer and thought to myself i need some coffee so i saw biggbys coffee and went in i got a caramel cold brew with sweet cream on to and when i took a sip all of my worries blew away as i kept sipping on that scrumptious coffee. so go here its really good

Beats Starbucks in every single way. I used to love Starbucks. Nope, no more Starbucks. Friendly and helpful staff here at Biggby! You need to go here!!!

Coffee is decent although pretty expensive
Paid $3 though for a mediocre muffin with the wrapper baked into it!

The mint mocha latte was delicious!

This location is close to our house and we are loyal customers. We have always enjoyed the staff and the convenient location. Biggby corporate and local coupons come regularly in the mail and by text so the kids and I go to Biggby a lot when we're out and about, but this location was our favorite. HOWEVER. A shift manager just told me that "coupons are not working" and "no longer accepted" here. They always worked before now, and they still work everywhere else. The manager said that this is according to the proprietor of this location. I don't believe this, and I'm disappointed that the proprietor has chosen to be shady about this and pretend that these things "just don't work," leaving it up to staff to blindside people. Now my kids and I will just go farther for our treats, which is a bummer because we enjoyed the short 15 minute walk here. That's okay though, because I don't want to do business with a place that pulls this bait and switch. I don't want to do business with a proprietor who puts employees in this awkward position. And finally, they clearly don't think of the fact that they're going to cause other Biggby locations to lose business because of this. So I hope corporate takes note.
