Biggby Coffee

Anna, the nice person who made me my coffee was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. I'm not so smart when it comes to coffee and all of its choices/terminology. She asked me what kind of things I like and recommended the Mocha Mocha(?), it was delicious. Anna and their coworker (I regret not getting their name as well) make an excellent team. They provide a friendly environment to relax and drink coffee in. Hats off and raised coffee mugs to you both!

Got there around 9am. 2 people were already sitting in a corner talking and having coffee. Three people were working behind the counter. The lady who took my order was super nice and didn't mind explaining what types of bagels and the sizes of the cups for me. Told me about the 2 types of kids chocolate milk they had (a frappe type and a regular chocolate milk type. Both with whipped cream and sprinkles). Our food was ready within 3mins of us placing it. Atmosphere was nice, plenty of room and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

The staff here is always friendly and nice. They make really good drinks. My favorite is the black bear frozen with whip cream.

I placed an order for a hot Butterbear and they made it cold. It was very busy so I apologized and stated it was supposed to be hot. I got dirty looks and a cup with caramel all around the outside and barely an acknowledgment my remake was ready. I know its stressful when busy but it's not the customers fault that it was rung in improperly .

I asked for a 20 oz drink, but a 24 oz was rung up. The barista was spilling stuff all over and wiping her nose with her hand while making drinks. I've had better experiences here in the past.

Well the only thing I am upset about is it say Monday thru Sunday they open at 6am and when young Landy sitting in the car at 6:30 and then when I pulled up she went in I said are you open she said they didn't open intill 7am well then the hours need to be changed. I was quite upset because the young lady was vary snarky. Made me not want to come back and get anything. Which I didn't.

Any location I go to has good service. I prefer their coffee over others.

Livonia, Farmington, & Redford locations are all hit/miss now post-pandemic. Between continuously running out of product, menu price increase, orders not being rung up properly, & high turnover rate of baristas. My last few visits inspired me to invest in an at-home Nespresso coffee system + milk frother seeing how I already spend almost $400/yr [$8 spent once a week, eVery week*] Best decision I've made in regards to coffee, thank you for the inspiration ((:

The baristas were polite and quick with our order. They even took the time to explain some of the products for sale that I was eying up. Will be back on our next trip to town. Thanks!
