Biggby Coffee

I put a 5$ tip on my card before they made my order and they made everything wrong. All I ordered was a small iced mocha with oat milk and a vegan breakfast sandwich, the mocha is hot and the breakfast sandwich is not vegan in anyway and considering the fact that I’m very allergic to dairy I can’t even eat it. That’s 17$ wasted.

Staff was really nice and I was able to get a fresh pot of coffee made. Fresh coffee for my road trip was the best!

We love the coffee here. But your service is just meh. Employees on personal phone calls at the register while helping customers. Most places have a no cell phone policy especially when handling Credit Cards!!!!! You need to get your staff on board with giving better customer service. They just don't care.

EDIT : they are new owners and this place turned around SOOO MUCH. they way more talkative and friendly!!! my coffee is no longer too sweet and the place is way cleaner! im so glad.

The people here really arent that talkative to the customers and that seem more into their convo than the costumers. i wish i got her name but she seemed really suspicious when she told me the biggby card doesnt work on wednesdays (thats not the issue) but when i was waiting for my coffee she kept telling the other worker it was tuesday.. the one in farmington is so friendly, will actually want to take time to say hi and isn’t suspicious. i also want to add the flavor here is so strong even if i get light, it almost hurts my teeth theres so much flavor instead of coffee. ive been here a few times and its all very strong flavored and you dont taste any coffee unless you get a big gulp. go to farmington biggbys guys. ❤️

I'm thinking the original owners must have sold because these new owners must not care about the quality coming out of their establishment. Been going to this location for 5 years and as of yesterday vowed to never go back. The past few months my orders have been wrong and they have put dairy on top of my non-dairy drinks 4 out of 5 times. It's either too much flavoring or not enough, it's rarely mixed up well, and constantly forget extra shots that are supposed to be added. I have had to watch them closely make my drinks for a while now just to make sure I was getting what I paid for. DONE

My coffee was great! Only issue was the ladies had no gloves on while fixing coffee and bagels. We are still dealing with this nasty virus. And should still be taking safety precautions not to spread stuff.

Visited this location on 12/31. Not greeted at the register, most likely because she was too busy having a personal conversation on a speaker phone. Could barely hear her because the conversation was so loud, vulgar language included. Ordered my usual Super coffee but found no french roast??? Why? I settled for the biggby best which is still good had it not been luke warm. Tried to process the transaction but she was too busy on the phone and had to do it twice. Absolutely unprofessional. I say this because I had a similar experience at this same location the last time I went which was 3 months ago. This experience showed a true lack of engagement by management.
