Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean store. So much better than Starbucks!

Customer service needs alot of improvement this morning. The lady taking my order was very slow ans rude. I paid 8 dollars for my drink other locations give me everything in the blender!! Won't go back even though its close to my work place

Surprised that they make no accomodations for those choosing to stay by packinging their orders like they were made to go. Even McDonald's does this. Makes one wonder why tip for service when no service is provided.

Got the order correct. Very pleasant staff. Clean inside. Limited parking.

Last 3 or 4 times we have been here they "lost" our ticket so we are left waiting for several other customers to order and leave to then only have them mess up our order. Nothing done to fix the mess up. Will not be back to this location.

Always good service but when it says its open until six then you get there at 545 and its closed ? Deff wanted a coffee from there i guess not

Best easy in and out real quick the only one thing is most big bees have Bottle Pop and this one doesn't not a big coffee fan but they have ice cold milk for my grandson he loves it

It's good though the mocha was more sugary than Starbucks though I suppose some people like that 🤭

Coffee is coffee so this is just another coffee place it has it has variety but not that many it has good breakfast sandwiches but basically coffee shop is a coffee shop
