BIGGBY COFFEE

I go here a few times a month and it's always a good experience. I know it can be slow, but if you think you can do their job better; you're probably a boomer. Just be nice, and if I tip every time I go, even if it's just change. A lot of these reviews are mean, but they keep coming back😏
Yea must be such a bad place that you can't tip and have to complain about these great employees in reviews that you just have to keep coming back 🤣. I can't with these boomers and Illinois people. Don't like it? Then literally go somewhere else. Stop being a dirty tongue flapper. The employees are great here, never a issue, they deserve all the tips. They're always helpful, understanding, and so nice. They even offered a free cup of whipped cream for my kid when he was being picky.

The wait tends to be a bit longer than other locations I visit regularly.
Most of the employees seem really friendly, but they don't seem to retain employees, so there are always a lot of new faces.
The drinks don't always taste the same, but I believe that may be from having new people all of the time (they're learning/training).

This was the worst experience I have every had at any big b. I waited 45 mins and was handed my bagels 20 mins into the wait. It’s 35 degrees out and by the time I got to my car to eat it was cold . I’m complained to the ladies and was told well everyone else has been waiting that long. I wanted my tip back and they refused. I am extremely unhappy with my experience.

First I love Biggie coffee it's amazing but the girl was really rude and giving me attitude and I had a coupon for a BOGO and she couldn't even let me use it because she couldn't see the whole expire date. Will not be going to this biggie again very unprofessional.

Tried to come here for "bagel day". They posted an offer saying if you ordered a 24oz drink, you'd get a bagel half off. They didn't want to honor that and instead made an excuse to not serve bagels all day. I made the comment on Facebook, they blocked me and deleted my comment instead of owning up to it as well. Worst biggby I have ever experienced. I'd go to Dunkin before I visited this location again or out of my way to visit another Biggby who actually has customer service skills.

Love Biggby Coffee and this drive-thru location is great! Was visiting family in the area and was excited to see a new Biggby opened up nearby. Service and quality was great! Glad I don't have to drive 15 mins to get my Biggby Coffee fix anymore.

Great! Yes, there was an extended wait in the drive-thru, but there was only one gal in there doing all the work. Service and product were still spot on!

I don't live in the area but I work in Coloma... Did the prices recently increase? I got a 20oz hot salted caramel latte with almond milk and the total price was 7.14$!! I swear last time I went less than two weeks ago it was closer to 6$!! Do they upcharge to change your milk preference?
I saw online that they may increased thier prices but thier menu didn't reflect that. I love this location, they are sweet. Sometimes the wait is lengthy and I have to repeat my order several times and they always ask me to put a tip on my card but otherwise, they are sweet people running that little coffee shop. But if the prices really did increase, I'll have to stop going!

Good coffee. Friendly staff. Only complaint is super slow service. 4th vehicle in line with no walk ups and it took 25 mins for 2 coffees.

Nice, but almost to the point of being overboard in taking my order. It's that time of year so, ok. Main problem is that while at the window I was getting HIT with an OVERPOWERING SCENT! I have asthma and chemical sensitivity. I should not have to open my car windows and blast the air to get rid of the smell in my car for the time I spent at the window. She was taking another order so...I had to wait until she was done and the smell was getting stronger! I realized after I parked to get my coffee ready the smell was also on the napkins and paper coffee cup! That's bad!

It completely overwhelmed the coffee smell. Headache and watering eyes.... bonus, no extra charge from Biggby coffee. Wish I had brought my own from home.
