Committed fraud on my card today. The bank will be handling this matter now. " We aren't trained to" nope now it's fraudulent. Enjoy explaining that to your boss as I call corporate in the AM as well

A nice little drive thru, with exuberant, accurate, friendly staff. Even during rushes on Saturday. They always take time to greet my dogs.

Today was our first time at Coloma Bigby. Food is great, drinks are great, and staff is very friendly. We will be back often.

Just Terrible. I have gone to Coloma Biggby 4 times since they have opened in September. Every Single Experience has been poor. The first time, no whipped cream, second time no eggs, third time no eggs and this time I decided to express my irritation with this. The girl was nice enough although she said that she expected they wouldn't have eggs available for quite a long time. I understand things aren't as easy to get as they were, once upon a time, but they could improvise for the time being. Most local restaurants get their products from places like Gordon's. GO GET SOME EGGS AND WHIPPED CREAM FROM GORDONS!! The 4th time there were 4 cars ahead of me and I waited in line for 25 entire minutes. I just can't . Sorry Coloma Biggby. There won't be a 5th visit in my future.

I have been to the Coloma biggby 4 times since they opened. Only two of the times was the service good. The other two times were horrible. It is always the same person working when I have issues. Last week I ordered two chumpkins and a cocoa carmella "hot chocolate." When I got to the window, the girl said she is working on your carmel marvel. I told her I didn't order that and could she check because it was for my 10 year old. Seconds later, she handed me what she insisted was a hot chocolate, despite my questioning. She looked at her written order, somewhat confused, and said, "yes it is a cocoa carmella." We got down the road to to find it was a carmel marvel. She had lied to my face

Love this Biggby! They always get my order spot on, and are very knowledgeable about which drinks can be modified to accommodate our food allergies.

A little pricey for what it is but excellent customer service.

If you want to spend 40 minutes getting sub-par coffee this is the place for you

Picked up the Lavender Latte - it was nice for a change, had hot might try cold. The staff was friendly, and very busy and kept their smiles.
