I ordered an intergalactic cream freeze. There's no lemonade in it, but there are 2 whole frozen strawberries that never got blended into the drink. They seemed angry when giving it to me, it took about 10 minutes to make. This is not the first time I've had an issue with them. They could never compare to the Otsego/Plainwell Biggby. I'm extremely disappointed every.single.time. I thought now would be a good time to leave a review.
I wish it could be 0 stars the workers at this location very rude and liers went yesterday on mother's day asked for the floral cup and they told me they was out of them well I had a friend in the drive thru as well and she received one as did others in front of her so when I called to complain the female on the phone said you have to request them as I told her I did and was told they was sold out the owners need to reconsider who they hire at this location so ridiculous worst biggby experience ever Plainwell is by far the best
Terrible slow service. 4 cars in front of me when I ordered and it took almost 40 minutes to get 2 drinks!!! This is the 3rd time I have used this loaction and it is always like this. Had I been the one paying, I would not have waited that long. Will NEVER come back here
Biggby Coffee has terrific iced coffee, so much better than I expected. I usually do not go overboard on coffee, but this was well worth the money, and my clients were very impressed; they said it was a lot better Starbucks.
I posted six months ago with five stars but unfortunately things have changed in terms of service speeds. The employees are great but I just have a hard time being okay with waiting 10+ minutes for two drinks when there's no one else in line. Usually I visit at night and usually accept it will take a while. However, the lunch time Wednesday volume is insane and they should staff accordingly (or work with employees on efficiency). I spent my whole lunch waiting in a line that was very slow moving. Hey, I appreciate a good sale but I'm flying solo and just want a brewed coffee.
Awful customer service. Rude drive thru employee with dirt stashe and greasy hair was very unprofessional after refusing to only give me 1 shot of espresso "because a 20 oz it's only 2 shots it's not that much" after arguing my order my drink had already been made with 2 shots and I said it was totally okay. Then this employee proceeded to bad mouth me behind the window for 5 minutes straight or more until i finally told him to shut up. They gave me a free drink card thinking they could sweep it under the rug then the disrespectful child told me "you can leave now" in a very rude wannabe sassy voice and shood me away. He has no idea what is going on in my life. No corporate phone number on the doors. Do not recommend this new nasty location.
I want to preface this that I really think it's only one barista that continually messes up the orders but literally every time we order a drink (golden chai), they give us some sort of grainy latte that is not the right thing.
We can deal with the near 30 minutes waiting time every so often but the constant wrong items is unacceptable
I went to the location in Allegan, Mi, and the employee running the drive through (Layla) was extremely rude to me and my sister. They got our order wrong we ordered 2 caramel apple ciders with zip and they gave us some sort of latte. We went back to the drive through since we didn't know we could come in and when we explained to the employee that we got a latte instead of the cider. Layla made a point to say how the apple cider would taste different because of the garnish and was basically saying we can't tell the difference between a latte and apple cider and refused to fix her mistake unless we came in and opened the cups for her to look at and just kept giving us a bunch of attitude. She also made a different employee fix the drinks she messed up.
Disrespectful drive thru person with brown moppy hair. Very bad attitude and bad hygiene. Rude to customers. Not one to call corporate but i Will be calling them. did not have a good experience.
