BIGGBY COFFEE

I've been here twice now. Service was extremely slow both times.

They are ridiculously slow. Have messed up my drinks multiple times.

Great Service, But kind of slow workers

No indoor seating available. Building appears large enough to provide from the outside, even approaching the door it says free wifi. Disappointed that this new location doesn’t accommodate.

Went through the drive thru this morning and from the time I ordered to when I got my drink I was in line for 22 mins. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. The girl taking orders didn't bother to say anything until I said hello, I sat there waiting for her for 3 mins before I finally was able to order. Then while ordering she was snippy with me. Then at the window the lady didn't know how to do the 2-22-22 coupon when it wouldnt scan. Also the employees have no idea what sizes their cups are, everytime I've ordered a grande (20oz) they have given me a Super (24oz) and charged me for the larger size. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this biggby location!

I go to biggby A LOT, and the employees have always been super nice!

I love their caramel lattes. They're better than Starbucks.

Too expensive so we go to Starbucks usually

Great staff, super friendly and service is as speedy as to be expected depending on the time of day you visit

Awesome service, can't beat that 1.99$ iced coffee ;)
