I bought a medium Hot coffee, I didn't leave the store and it was not to my liking so I wanted a different drink, so instead of trading me a diffrent drink of my liking they wanted me to pay for the other drink! The drinks are not cheap here either!! I will not be going back!!

I went into the Hebron, KY location after working late to get a Decaf Mocha Latte with almond milk. I waited until I got home which took about ten minutes to take a drink and Bam!!!! my mocha latte miraculously turned into some oddly gross minty and extremely sweet fufu glimpse of a coffee. I called the store to see if I could get a comp for my next visit and after telling my story to the girl on the other end the only reply i could get was "ok". I asked a few times if she wanted my number to be able to reach me once she spoke to her manager and I got a really snobby "sure". Finally the customer service fairy prevailed and the advanced customer service on the other end prevailed by saying "ok' again. After paying $6 for a small coffee and then this store getting it completely wrong and not attempting to correct the mistake I have come to the conclusion that I will not be returning to this millennial catastrophe!!!!

We were excited to hear a Biggby was coming to Hebron and have not been disappointed! All the employees are super nice and happy to accommodate even our ridiculous keto requests...leave room for an embarrassing amount of heavy cream, please!! Plus, they offer sugar-free hazelnut coffee syrup, which is no longer available at some other local coffee shop. 😋

The staff are kind of in their own little ego world. They do not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The coffee is good, but overpriced.
