Memorie Makers Cafe & Cupcakery

I don’t live in Florence (but some of my family does) and I was planning a virtual gender reveal from afar. Based off online research and reviews I chose Memorie Makers for the cupcakes and I’m so glad I did!!! The staff (specifically Brittany & Tiffany) we so incredibly kind and helpful in making my plan a reality. They created the cutest Halloween theme cupcakes with the purple and green theme I requested and even included a fun note on them for when my brother picked them up (since I couldn’t be there in person to do it myself). They did vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet cupcakes and my family raved about how delicious they were.. I just wish I could have tasted them too!! Overall, a lovely and easy experience. Thank you guys for making it so special!

I’ve gotten cake and cupcakes from this location on two separate occasions and they never disappoint! I wish they offered bags for multiple cupcake orders because mine fell right after I left after they advised me to put them in the front floorboard BUT they still looked okay. The inside of the bakery is extremely clean and open. Workers were polite. Loved the chocolate cupcakes!

We were looking for someone to make a cake and this place came highly recommended. They took my order for this cake with very little notice, they were very accommodating and professional.
The cake was ready on time and was exactly like the reference photo! Our daughter absolutely loved the fondant characters! This is definitely where we will be going from now on.

In July we had a custom cake made for my daughter's 17th birthday. We requested a DJ Turntable cake as well as sent a picture of how we wanted it to look. Not only did they get the design pretty spot on, but the cake was so moist and delicious. We will definitely be ordering again from here. Very impressed with the details, texture and taste of the cake. Thank you foe making her day even better with amazing work!

My daughter and I were there on Saturday, 3/25/23 for the first time. We ordered 1 vegan red velvet cupcake, 1 reg. red velvet cupcake, 1 vegan cookie and 1 vegan brownie. The cookie was very stale - I would not recommend. The vegan cupcake was okay. The cake part was sunken in and small. That was disappointing given they are $4 a piece. The icing was good though. If you purchase more than 1 reg. cupcake you receive a discount but that offer isn't available for the vegan cupcakes. :(

Memorie Makers provided me a beautiful gluten free cake and cup cakes for a baby shower. They were wonderful to work with and very patient. The cake and cupcakes they provided were ranked in the best I have ever had. Over 30 people commented on how wonderful they tasted. I highly recommend them for any of your party needs and their coffee shop is just a beautiful place to spend time with friends.

I ordered three cakes for an employee's retirement celebration at my work. The cakes were beautifully decorated, so tasty, and a HUGE hit! We will definitely be using Memorie Makers for future company events. Highly recommend!

I needed last minute cupcakes for my son's birthday party. I paid over seventy bucks for two dozen regular sized cupcakes. They looked cute and the icing was delicious, but they all tipped over on my short ride home in the box they came in that didn't provide enough support with how top heavy they are. The icing was messed up on most of them. Then when we passed out the cupcakes all the people at the party took one bite and sat them down on the table, even the kids. Everyone was cracking up laughing saying how they tasted like cornbread!!! After trying one I couldn't disagree... I was so embarrassed and my son ran out of the room crying saying that his birthday was ruined and everyone was laughing and making fun of his party 😭😭😭😭 Which of course it had nothing to do with him, he didn't understand all the cornbread jokes and laughter... I was devastated and had mom guilt. I should have just made them myself instead of wasting $70.00. I hate to give a small business a bad rating, but it's true... I heard they make great cakes and the place is adorable but I would only recommend cornbread lovers to buy these expensive cupcakes 🧁

I really cannot say enough great things about this place! How they ever receive a 1 star rating from anyone is beyond me! Everything is SO delicious and tastes so fresh. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The shop is always SO clean and kept up well. Such a big fan of this place!! If you are looking for something special and it need it to be fresh and delicious, this is your place!!!

I've had several different items from this place and literally EVERYTHING is beyond amazing! The owner takes great pride in everything she makes and creates and it shows in her products. I would highly recommend her for all of your bakery needs. Can't wait until I need to place another order!!
