Biggby Coffee

Tried out the new biggby on turfway road and the workers were extremely pleasant and even recommended a new coffee I have never tried before. It ended up being really good. Turkey havarti sandwiches are always on point.

You are NOT getting a tip for a $10 Frappuccino that was handed to me messy and dripping down the outside of the cup. I had to ask for a straw.

Received your response to my review. I am usually at least a 20% tipper. You stated I can bypass tip amount at drive-thru. How can I bypass your HUGE sign, saying "TIPS APPRECIATED" on your building??? Feel really bad for employees but feel it's inappropriate to request tip when I just drive through to get a coffee. If it's THAT bad, pay your employees more. Please don't try to make customers feel obligated. All I feel is obligated not to come back.

Bigger Coffee is 200% better that Starbucks! Everything on their menu is rich in flavor and quality.

So excited to have another one of my favorite coffee shop drive-throughs open in our area!! They make such a delicious sugar free caramel mocha and most other places aren't offering sugar free options, or make their coffee too weak.

Somewhat expensive. Flavors weak in Lattes. Now drive-thru has "tip" space on receipt???Tip for driving thru??? Ill wait for Dunkin to Go to open in a week!☺

TERRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! VERY RUDE - GOT MY LATTE WRONG WHICH OK NO BIGGIE BUT WHEN I CAME THREW AGAIN TO HAVE it FIXed .. THE CASHIER ARGUED SAYING SHE WAS POSITIVE SHE GAVE ME THE RITE DRINK ..... I SAID NOOO ITS NOT EVEN THE RITE COLOR LOL ... I GET THIS DRINK DAILY ... DOESN'T TASTE LIKE MINE NOR SHADE IS WRONG .... AND SHE STILL WAS GOING BACK N FORTH LOL AND I WANTED A NEW STRAW LOL AND SHE LITERALLY TOSSED 7 STRAWS IN MY WINDOW AND SHUT HER WINDOW FAST LOLOL.... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ..... ILL STICK WITH FT MITCHELL THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS ! TURFWAY FLORENCE BIGGBY DRIVE THRU IS TERRIBLE!!!

Stopped for a quick coffee and got wayyy more than expected. I received very quick service, great coffee, great sandwich and all with wonderful customer service! The Drive Thru was awesome! Very convenient!

I screwed up my order and they fixed it.
Great customer service. Coffee is not too shabby either. 😉
