Great choice for our Galena lunch! Vintage building hosts very current sandwich shop.
Staff was super friendly and efficient. Sandwiches were served quickly and were delicious! Super fresh and what seems to be their signature mustard slaw topper was yummy.

My fiance and I today took A-day trip, And we decided to stop here for breakfast. We have to say that the food was pretty good for the most part. I don't know if I would really recommend this place. But to each their own She ordered eggs over easy with hash and cheese. She did say that the egg could have been cooked a little better and the cheese was now melted all the way. I ordered the chorizo burrito and for the most part it was good but the green peppers were not cooked so they were kinda crunchy. The price wasn't too bad.

UPDATE:
We absolutely love this place, but I think they need to slow down sometimes, my sandwich was supposed to have bacon on it & they forgot. They used to make cute designs in there lattes, they dont anymore.

Great breakfast and lunch spot. We liked this spot so much that we came out here on 3 separate occasions. Great coffee too! Hope to visit again in the future.

Normally I like to visit an establishment a few times before reviewing but due to our excellent service, great food , and cool artwork I wanted to give a tight nod to Bill’s. My daughter and I came for lunch earlier today which allowed us to experience their awesome food. We started with some phenomenal soup then both enjoyed sandwiches & chips which were equally phenomenal. Our server Carol was totally awesome and you can tell the staff there works well as a team. They also had Paul Chase art near our table who is not only a great local artist but an awesome person as well so I was enthralled to see his work there. I look forward to going again next time I am in Galena :)

We stopped here for breakfast on one of our two days in Galena, and it was so good. I got an amazing breakfast sandwich. The coffee was great, too!

This was our first stop on our honeymoon and we LOVED it. Sat at the bar and ordered great food and drinks. The food was surprisingly delectable. I ordered the Beefy Roman and I absolutely recommend this. They have a good beer selection and even better coffee. We liked it so much that we went back the next morning for breakfast!

While visiting Galena my husband and I swung in here for breakfast one morning. Unfortunately the sign said it was open but no one was anywhere inside. The next morning we tried again and this time we were in luck.
The woman who sat us seemed hurried and very unfriendly. Our server also seemed hurried even though the restaurant did not have a lot of patrons in there dining at the time. Our food was average as was the coffee.

We were recommended this restaurant by a local and sure glad we stopped here for lunch. Everything was top notch and delicious! Had to try the Beefy Roman and a Club sandwich. Best sandwiches we've had in a long time! Also the house-made potato chips are out of this world! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to something on this menu. We'll be back most definitely.

My wife and I had been here before and both had and enjoyable meal. We stopped in to Big Bill’s yesterday to meet some family for lunch and we pulled up a few extra chairs to the table. We were promptly yelled at by the “manager” as we “could not do that” because they needed the chairs. Please mind you there were empty tables and no other patrons waiting for tables. When asked to speak with the manager again we were yelled at again for “holding the table all morning” as we had other PAYING family members come and dine in the restaurant. We said that’s fine we will go somewhere else and the lovely manager said that is a good idea. Last time I checked, it wasn’t a bad thing that people want to come into a restaurant and spend money. Jack, I know you’re embarrassed and you should be. Your manager or woman in charge needs a serious attitude adjustment.
