Trolley Depot Coffee & Tea Co

My husband and I were visiting Galena for a short vacation and of course needed the daily morning coffee fix! We tried several coffee shops while there, however this one had the most charm and their atmosphere was welcoming and warm. The use of their space was well done. The employees taking our order and making our drinks were kind and quick. Their coffee was a bit too bitter for my liking however that is a me thing not a trolley depot thing. Definitely swing in here for a cup of Joe if you find yourself in the area! Nice things is…. If you’re waiting for the trolley tour, it is extremely convenient!!

This place is great! Awesome customer service even when they’re super busy! Great tasting coffee, lattes and cocoa. And they give amazing pups cups for our pups. Don’t miss this place!

Nicely remodeled store, all very clean and updated. Service was curt, coffee was sadly disappointing. Ordered a pumpkin latte & cinnamon roll - the espresso may have been fine, but the brand of syrup used had a bite to it and the drink just had too much syrup in it. Would give Trolley Depot another try if it weren't for the high prices; almost $12 for a medium latte and pastry.

I highly recommend trying when visiting! The barista was very sweet and helpful. My coffe was super smooth and delicious! The atmosphere is chill and cozy. Definitely some of the best coffee I've had in a while!

You will be impressed! I am picky about coffee - a family member owns a coffee shop - and this is excellent. 5 stars - certified fresh!

Great coffee and great service. Love the setting and ambiance inside. Great stop while walking the streets of downtown galena! Hot chocolate and PSL are “chefs kiss”. Pup cups are also incredible!

Local, family owned business with delicious (locally roasted) coffee and espresso drinks. Free wifi and tons of comfortable places to sit both inside and outside. Family friendly with an area for kids to play with a toy kitchenette.

Quality coffee. Baristas are helpful. Environment is calm. All is clean. Support other small, local businesses inside.
Ordered Bulletproof Coffee...it was very smooth.
