Nice, airy and spacious dining room with a good variety of sandwiches. Not a huge menu but definitely enough options to keep everyone happy. The General is seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten - the mustard slaw was surprisingly light and complimented the salty corned beef perfectly. Is it too much to ask for a week's worth to go? 🤔

Such wonderful food!!! We ordered lunch for the bridal party the day of our wedding and they went above and beyond to make the food easy and accessible for our party. The lunches were delicious and such a good variety! Definitely recommend!

Party of 10. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. I had the "beefy roman" because it was featured as an Illinois Top 10 sandwich. I thought it was bland and not tasty. Maybe if the meat and buns were grilled it would ha e had some taste. One other party member also had it and they did not finish it. All others of the party enjoyed they sandwiches. I would return, but will order differently.

Servers were friendly. Breakfast was slow, underwhelming and cold. Not to mention they forgot the hollandaise sauce.

Glad we stopped by Big Bill’s for breakfast. The food was really good and the coffee was amazing. The staff was also very helpful and super friendly. The decor inside is also nice and comforting. Everything about this place was 10/10 for me.

Great coffee and very unique flavorful breakfast sandwiches. Very friendly staff gave us all the possible options to order our coffee such as type of milk, etc. Had a nice time here.

This is an amazing place to eat. It was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The owner/manager made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely outstanding. The turkey and roast beef sandwiches were piled high on the tastiest bread I've ever had. The beer cheese soup was fantastic, you'd think you were in Wisconsin! Then the homemade chips, what to say... Amazingly yummy, cooked to perfection. This is my new Galena go to sandwich place. The young lady was happy to serve us, friendly and she smiled with her eyes. Prices are above Subway but definitely worth every penny. I'd give them a 10 if I could!

Nice place to stop for breakfast or lunch, great place to stop for coffee. The layout is a bit odd, with the coffee bar tucked in the back, but the girls working were very friendly and the food was good.

Hard to find good food in Galena and Big Bill's is top of our list. Cute little cafe with great sandwiches and friendly workers. Service was quick even though we popped in for the lunch rush.
