We have always had a great experience here. However today was different. We were treated rudely. I understand that it was super busy and the staff was hustling. I work with the public in a busy environment and short staffed as well so I understand wait times & chaos. But kind customer service should be top priority.

Great place for a family lunch! They had some live music with great sandwhiches and soup! Priced just right and the service was great! The owner came out and talked to us and was very inviting. This place is a must if you go to Galena! Make sure to get the soup!

Enjoyed a fantastic frittata with perfectly cooked hashbrowns and my partner had a delicious omelet, hashbrowns and outstanding coffee. We highly recommend Big Bill's not only for the great food but friendly staff, great service and a cozy atmosphere filled with beautiful photos. We will definitely make our back.

Very awesome sandwiches!! The waitress did an excellent job , kept up with a busy environment while getting us before we had to wait long. I'd come back for sure!!

It really takes a lot for me to say something is the best I ever had, but the Reuben sandwich I got here was seriously the best I've ever had. They make everything from scratch here, which is why it's so good. Service was good, but could be better. Live music was OK. Prices are on the higher side. I would definitely come back though.

Yum! Perfect spot for a great light lunch. Sandwiches were great. Some classic choices and some unique. Homemade chips are amazing. Appreciate the gluten free options. Will be back!

The Roman sandwich was amazing! I added chicken to mine, and it was out of this world! Great lunch spot and will be returning in the near future

Normally I enjoy eating there. Not today. We arrived at 11:30 and was told they were not serving lunch yet. Most restaurants open for lunch at 11. When the food arrived the "artisan" bread tasted like it was a day or two old. NEVER compromise the bread. It's the first thing to hit your mouth!

Happy to add my voice to the chorus singing the praises of Big Bill's. I spent a pleasant hour with coffee and my computer catching up on work and was then joined by my wife for lunch. My sandwich was great and her salad was too. Service was timely and friendly.
