This was a pleasant surprise. I must have passed by this place thousands of times and i never really noticed it, outside the chimney that’s visible from
I-10! My friend invited me to brunch at this charming, “vintage” brunch spot. I had the deep fried French toast with a side of bacon.

Walked over the The Coffee Cup at the recommendation of a local when looking for quick & simple breakfast. We were immediately greeted by the hostess with a friendly "make yourself at home" & was seated promptly. Server was sweet & attentive. Ordered the BYO omelets which were so good & fluffy... hash browns were crispy, & this was the best (3) cups of coffee I've had in a while. ☕️☕️☕️ Easy 5 stars for great food, service, & vintage vibes.

Good place for a simple “ no frills “ breakfast. Place has been here for awhile so it’s doing something right. Place was clean and staff was very friendly and attentive. Guy behind the grill was cranking food out like a machine.
Coffee was strong and hot.
I had the chicken and waffles which was simple and hot, waffle could have been thicker. Chicken was boneless and had obviously come from a frozen box.
Wife had the Eggs Benedict with ham. She said it was very good but could have used a little more sauce. Said the hash browns were on the cool side but tasty.
I’d say the highlight were the Nassau grits, that was a tasty bowl of grits.
I’ll come back for the grits. Price was reasonable

This was delicious breakfast food. The pancakes were big and fluffy and the best we've had in a long time! Since this is an iconic cafe and has been here for 75 years, we decided to buy a commemorative coffee cup. They sell various versions there. All the waitresses were very sweet, which made our meal even more enjoyable.

This place is surprisingly good! We sat at the bar and were amazed as the cook knocked out order after order with ease. The food is simple but it was made delicious.

This is one of the oldest restaurants in Pensacola and has been in the same location since 1945! You can feel the history when you walk inside, from the counter seating to the group of older gentlemen holding court at a table in the corner. Usually it's quite crowded but I was lucky to walk in and grab a booth right away. I decided on an egg white omelet (not on the menu, I asked for it) I added bell pepper, onion, jalapenos, tomatoes and ham. I also ordered hashbrowns and wheat toast. The omelet was not the prettiest I've ever seen but it was delicious, I really appreciated the ham being diced, it was distributed throughout the omelet. The hashbrowns were also delicious, crispy outside and soft inside. I had to wait a while for my toast but that's the only complaint I have. All in all I had a nice breakfast and I certainly appreciated the history of the restaurant.

What a great little place. I’m visiting Pensacola and my family recommended Coffee Cup! They we so nice and accommodating. I had my dog with me and called ahead to make sure I could bring her. I was told yes but they were short a server so my service might be slow. No worries there. The owner even came and sat with me, telling me the story of the restaurant. The food was great and I’ll definitely come back!!
