We asked Maker's if they could serve breakfast one morning during our work team event, and they did an outstanding job. We requested for them to deliver an assortment of the breakfast items in addition to having their coffee cart stationed in our lobby so that each team member could order the specific drink that they wanted. The food and coffee were delicious (I’ll be dreaming about those muffins!), and the service was wonderful:)

If you like excellent coffee... This is the best in 100 miles bar none. The beans!!!! I mean this is the same quality roast you would expect to see in an exceptional Seattle or Portland coffee shop. If you are used to burnt Starbucks or Drowsy with options galore of sugary sweeteners you probably won't appreciate the craft and attention to detail taken in making your drink. On top of that the atmosphere is chill, the baristas are friendly, and the decor is 🔥

The coffee here at Maker's Coffee Co. has one of the best coffee offerings in town thanks to where they source their beans. The pour overs (my usual) are always done well and tastes great. Their other coffees and drinks are also delicious.

Maker's started as a coffee cart. Over a short amount of time, they were able to move into an indoor space. The space itself is beautiful. They did a really good job building the space out and creating the aesthetic.

Would always recommend a visit when able to.

I discovered this new coffee shop to Pensacola on Instagram and I fell in love with their aesthetic and the way their coffee looked high quality, not like another one of those places with some sugary drinks. When I finally got to visit, it definitely lived up to the hype. My go-to cappuccino order was as good as the ones I've had in Guatemala, and I can tell that these guys know what they're doing. Maker's Cafe treats coffee as an art form, and they do it well. I think this is indisputably the new top dog on Pensacola's coffee scene, and I couldn't be happier about it. If only I lived closer...

This espresso bar and café is a must-visit, whether you’re a local or just visiting downtown for the day.

The star of the show is definitely their craft espresso beverages. I typically order an iced oat milk latte, but today I tried an iced espresso with a splash of oatmilk and it was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Their espresso is some of the best in Pensacola.

As for their food, you can’t go wrong with any of their baked-in-house goodies, but their new banana bread with whipped espresso mascarpone is delicious and a must-try if you want a sweeter but elevated treat. Their avocado toast is also delightful if you’re wanting something savory—it’s hearty and the flavors are next-level.

Highly recommend this café. The vibes inside are bright and cheerful, and their offerings are great whether you’re dining in or taking out.

Wonderful new small business in downtown Pensacola. Friendly atmosphere, cozy decor, and delicious, well-sourced espresso and coffee.

A must-see for specialty coffee consumers. This addition to Florida's coffee scene really puts the shine in Sunshine State. Proud Mary beans (MEL/PDX), an exquisite selection of GF/DF pastries, kettles and brewing equipment on the retail shelf, friendly baristas, ample seating, huge windows, prime location. Big fan.

On my vacation I visited this specialty coffee shop and was blown away by the quality of their espresso and the luscious olive cake. I have been drinking espressos in the best places around the world. Espresso here is of comparable pedigree. The atmosphere was excellent and elegant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. I appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of the food and drinks, which made for a truly unique experience. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for an excellent espresso.

This is by far the coolest coffee shop in town. They’ve got a beautiful space and really care about their coffee, from the beans they source to the finished product. Check them out.
