I really enjoyed my visit to this coffee shop. It was my first time there and I got to meet Doug, the owner. He was so friendly and the coffee was delicious. It's also conveniently located in the library with conference rooms nearby so you can get catering from the coffee shop too.
A great cafe to come to right after school. I love getting an iced coffee after a long and tiring day of school. Very amazing and welcoming staff. I am a weekly customer here and will be until high school.
Oh my goodness!!! Bought the double chocolate muffin. The owner warmed it up and it is heavenly. A bite from the side that includes a bit of the velvety, melty top is deliciousness divine! 🥰. Peanut butter cookie is creamy and soft. Rounded out order with cold brew with a simple sugar added (creamer added at side table with Splenda & a Raw Sugar) and an Americano with Splenda and a bit of creamer.
this is an experience to have! Surrounded by books. 4 good sized tables with comfortable chairs.
The owner is very friendly and kind. He told us the bakery items are from a local bakery, not a store. My friend and I definitely can taste the high quality.
Will visit again.
Prices range from below typical coffee shops/bookstore items to competitive pricing. Definitely worth the trip!
Nice little coffee shop in the library. The baristas were friendly and seemed happy to be there. My 3 yr old and I read a book as I enjoyed my coffee and she ate a cake pop.
This has to be one of the best coffeehouses in Pensacola! Its hidden away in the main library here, and it is a wonderful place. The owner recently received the grandest and most flavorful Yemeni coffee beans! One sip and you'll be hooked! But, don't take my word for it, go try it yourself. Btw,the owner and barista here are very personable!
Wonderful Ownership Mr. Doug and staff (Ms. Kathy). Always pleasant, polite, and happy to make any odd or silly drink or sandwich concoction you'd like and with a smile. Best breakfast bagel I've had in a long while. Always a happily returning customer.
Very relaxing atmosphere. The owners were very friendly and greeted all that stopped by with genuine kindness. We ordered muffins, a rasberry love hot drink and a cold coffee drink. I don't drink coffee on a regular, but will stop by again for the Solo Caffe experience.
The lemon bites have a really nice, strong lemon flavor though the frosting is a bit on the sugary side for my taste. The lavender latte is pretty cool since I've never seen that flavor offered anywhere else before, and it has a light flavor that you can taste better if you don't drink it immediately after consuming something else (lesson learned from personal experience).
Located in the Pensacola Main Library. Great coffee, priced right and friendly staff. You can enter through either the library lobby or the Solo entrance on Spring St... ă‚·

Some of the best soup I’ve ever had! The cookie (I think it was the Apple Pecan) was delicious!! Can’t wait to go back & try the rest of the menu.
