Einstein Bros. Bagels

We waited for 45 minutes after ordering, they were out of everything and we ended up getting refunded and leaving. It should not be this complicated to put cream cheese on a bagel. The guy working was extremely rude.

I had a tuna salad with an Asiago bagel with BBQ chips and Coke diet. Service is quick. Store could be cleaner though still acceptable. Taste is good and Coke is from fountain. Good place for a quick bite.

We haven't been to an Einstein location for awhile but are glad we returned to this location. Great breakfast sandwiches!

Everytime I visit this location the consistency of the food is different. I guess it depends on who is working, but sometimes the cream cheese is in extreme excess, other times hardy enough schmear to cover the bagel. Would like to see more consistency more often. Now I'm extremely hesitant to visit this location again.

We stopped in at 6:00, the lady said her computer wasn't working and refused to serve us. We have been to places where that has happened and they still served us..and it was on the house. Bad customer service. We own our own business and always take care of our customers. Always.

Great bagels, but be prepared to wait in line! It’s one of I believe two bagel shops in town, and seems to be where everyone goes before hitting the slopes. Good prices and good bagels, just prepare accordingly!

Wasn't open at 6:50 this morning - normally opens at 6:00. No sign on the door. Employees milling around inside. Several of us waited around for 20 minutes. Others kept coming up to a locked door, wondering what was going on, looking inside at the employees ...

Very poor wait to treat your customers. If you can't open then at least put a sign on the door saying something.

However, they are normally doing the best they can in an area and business that is difficult to find and keep employees ... so i don't to rate them poorly. Just not their best day today for sure.

Not worth trying to eat here as they are always closing early!!! On two separate occasions now I've pulled up to the Dillon location well before closing (it's 1:03PM) and have employees flip the open sign off and lock the door upon approaching the entry.

The man that was training was too focused on chatting with his coworkers that it took nearly 10 minutes to get our drinks, we got our bagels quickly

$17 for two sandwiches and they forgot egg on both of them. At least they remembered the avacado which was an additional fee. Couldn't go back in to ask for my egg because I would've been screamed at and/or stood there for another 30 minutes...
