Einstein Bros. Bagels

Don’t know how this place has almost 4 stars on here.. on yelp it’s 2.. should be 1. I read a lot of bad reviews but tried it anyway. Terrible customer service from the moment you walk in. I think the cashier repeated my order 9 times and still got it wrong. My coffee came like this. The outside was all syrup, super sticky. You think you’d take more pride in coffee craftsmanship than this.. I’d never serve a drink in a cup I poured syrup on then outside of. Sitting here, they’ve all been rude with other customers. Also my friend got a caramel high rise and it has absolutely no caramel on it. Buyer beware.

This was my first trip to Einstein Bros and it didn’t disappoint. Bagels were all really fresh and they had a good selection to choose from. The meat and eggs weren’t anything to write home about but it was still tasty. Reasonable prices and quick service is what will bring me back in the future.

Slow and do not listen to requests to leave off cream cheese. Happens every time we go there. Good bagels though

Knocked out chicken & spinach artichoke. Farmhouse. Both were super good & Caribou coffee was super good. Nice location as well

I always avoided bagel shops, after all bagels are hard on the outside but chewy, chewy on the inside, but one day I found myself inside of an Einstein Brothers bagels store, and wow did my perspectives change!! Bagels are not like they were when I was a kid in the seventies, they are soft and delicious along with everything that is put on it avocado, eggs, cheese, ham, just amazing I loved it! I will be back, probably many times!!

I read all the negative reviews, but still needed a fairly healthy breakfast on the run so I risked it, anyway. Everything was fine! Two guys working in the front, one in the back, it wasn’t crowded at all and I walked in, ordered, and got my food in about five minutes. Overall happy with the place and glad I stopped in.

Each time I've ordered food, I have waited over 2 hours. And I tried to call them to cancel the order and there wasn't any response. I'll never go back.

I went to pick up an online order: there's smoke billowing out of the building, but a line going in?? I went to the order pick up window and the employees helped every single person in the line to order going out the door before even asking if I was there to pick up (ten minutes of me standing in the store). And they were out of the bagel I had ordered ~half an hour beforehand~ by then. Just skip this place.

Their systems were down so they sent us away. No other customers in sight and plenty of food. We had cash too smh

Whatever you do don’t to order pick up. HUGE MISTAKE. Day one. Order included muffin. Didn’t have muffins still charged me didn’t say anything when picked up. Day 2 of order. Apparently ran out of sesame bagels. Again didn’t tell me. Made some random substitution with something I’d never eat. This place sucks!!
