Although located in a ski resort area where EVERYONE wants a hot bagel before their day starts, the wait time was not nearly as bad as I imagined. The workers are very proficient and kind. I love going here before snowboarding down Keystone. I come here once a week!

Even though it was really crowded the waiting time wasn’t long and we were a group of 9, I can’t give it 5 stars because the avocado it’s always terrible at Einstein Bros, no matter which one you go.

Went in this morning to stop for a quick bite to eat before snowboarding in keystone. Spent over 25 minutes waiting in line and the moment I came up to order she left to go to another completely different line of people waiting to pay. It was a very dirty establishment and there was no communication and the vibe just felt bad. I'm not one to leave a bad review but we left and ended up going elsewhere because we were too irritated to wait and order anything. Very disappointing.

Came in for a quick bite before snowboarding but ended up waiting in line for 25 minutes without ordering and then left and ate at Chiba hut across the street. Einsteins was really dirty and the service was slow and kinda rude. I can’t believe that this place has the high rating it has here on google. The reviews on yelp are way more accurate. What made me write the bad review is because of how dirty the place was. There was chunky lint/blobs of grease hanging from the ceiling right over the food trays where they make sandwiches. I feel like they would fail a health inspection.

Einstein Bros. Creative but not perfect.
Purchased Texas brisket egg sandwich and Bagelrito with hash browns orange juice and nitro caramel cold coffee. Total came to $29.76, a bit pricey for breakfast but was willing to splurge since it was my birthday.
The Texas brisket egg sandwich was a work of art and had a well balanced flavor. The bagel itself was crispy on the outside yielding and not chewy on the inside, just right.
The Bagelrito is an innovative attempt but falls short of perfection. The outer "bagel" shell is a cool idea, however it's a bit too thick and chewy. Dropping the flour tortilla would make it crispy without being chewy. Ingredients on the inside were a very tasty blend with a nice kick.
Didn't care for the hash browns. I was expecting a light salting on the outside, crispiness and potato flavor. Was not crispy, lacked salt and the cheese used wasn't complimentary and drowned out the natural potato flavor.
Orange juice tasted amazing, perhaps freshly squeezed. Nitro caramel cold coffee was good but too sweet. I guess I'm not the target audience for that drink.
Overall, I respect the effort in craft and the desire to make something different than traditional breakfast. Some of their offerings need a bit of fine tuning. Leave the orange juice and the Texas brisket bagel alone however!!

First time trying out Einstein Bros Bagels and it was an excellent breakfast choice. The line was out the door, but it was moving fairly quick. I had the Farmhouse Egg Breakfast Sandwich and honestly it was delicious. The bagel was fresh and soft. Definitely coming back when we visit again.

Wanted to buy some treats for my crew working nearby. We start at 6am so not alot of options for food at that time of morning. Went to get them Einstein bagels since their website said they opened at 5:30am, what a mistake. Got there at 5:15am waited in the lot till opening time but no one opened the doors. I could see a guy working inside who was doing all he could to ignore me. Other customers were showing up but still the doors were locked. Finally at 5:45 I had to leave since I had a full crew waiting for my direction at 6. Is this how businesses are ran now days. This all happened the morning of 4/21/23 in case anyone from Einstein bagels upper management should read this!

Was very busy and they handled the backup very well. Had not been to one of these stores in some time and was surprised at all the sandwich options. And I loved the eatable bagels, too; soft and delicious.

The bagels are great and they have several different types of bagels. My favorite is the French Toast bagel. Their cream cheese could be more flavorful.

This morning was the third time we have tried Einstein Bagels in Dillon over the past couple of months. All three times we have stood in line for over 20 minutes without moving and finally left. This morning we got there at 6:30am, there was only one employee working, there were 9 people in line. The lady working disappeared for 5-6 minutes and finally reappeared with a tip jar she put on the counter. She then proceeded to go over and turn on all the coffee machines before she made her way back to the register to take an order. We weren't sure why things were just getting set up when they had been open for an hour? We ended up going down to Dunkin' donuts which had 6 employees working and got our order in 5 minutes. It is a real disappointment that this Einstein is so poorly managed.
