Einstein Bros. Bagels

I was one of 3 people in here on a Sunday morning and it took about 20 min to get a single bagel and coffee. Guy making the coffee was on a seemingly personal phone call the entire time and had zero urgency. As I left there were about 20 people in line due to how slow it was. Would not return.

My friend ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese and took over 20 minutes. People who ordered more complex orders after him got their orders first

I love this chain, but the employees at this location made me rate them a 2. They were super careless, pretty rude, and put no pride into their work. I'd give them a break if it was crowded, but it wasn't. We just ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese--both were misshapen, had cream cheese unevenly spread, and tasted like other bagel flavors. My coffee cup that they gave me had chocolate syrup all over it because it must've been stored near the drink making station. Overall...the food and coffee are both so good that I'll always come back, but I'd hope the employees would match the food quality next time.

Got in line a little later in the day, they were out of both Everything and plain bagels which is understandable, we asked the cashier to verify they were and she said yes, didn’t offer to tell us when they would be done and had to have another employee tell us 5 minutes after we got out of line to wait 5 minutes and they should be ready. Not sure if she was new, but she could honestly have cared less about letting us know when the next bagels were coming, she also got the order wrong for the people in front of us twice. No name tags either but she had black hair. The manager didn’t care either that there was multiple issues for multiple families. WOULD NOT recommend if you can wait to get to another city for a different franchise.

Great bagels and even better warm. This location was understaffed so very little bagel options on a promo day. I should have pre ordered them but didn't know when or if I'd get there. In the end the manager was able to rush some bagels through the oven and all's well that ends well. But this location needs help staffing. Manager seemed frantic and doing a million things at once. She needs help!

Great menu! Prices were good! If you are on strict meal plan, you can count your calories from the menu. Service was timely. Coffee amazing! Didn't need cream or sugar! Highly recommend. Nursing a hangover? Head to Einstein's!

Ignored my phone calls multiple times multiple days in a row when I tried to place an order ahead of time. Got there both times and there wasn’t even 2-3 customers and they had 3 people “working”. I came in there about a week ago to an employee nodding off standing at the counter. Awesome service

I've been to Einstein's all over the country and have visited this location regularly over 5ish years during the ski seasons. This location is consistently the best. Even when there's a long line it moves quickly and the food isn't sloppily thrown together. The staff is always so nice even when I'm not in a great morning mood. If you're looking for a good grab n go bite on your way up to the slopes, this is the spot.

Horrible service! We walked in at noon ordered 5 different bagel sandwiches from their menu! After paying for our order we were told they were out of all five flavors of bagels! They could have at least told us they were out before taking our money for the order! I then picked another bagel flavor and they were also out! Obviously they need new management and better training for customer service!

Went into Einstein’s in Dillon today at about 1:35 pm. No greeting. Two or three guys behind the counter. One guy cleaning the floor. All the chairs were up on the tables. I asked if they were not open for dine in. They said, “well we close in about 20 minutes so I guess it’s alright if you’re done by then.” Are they really open though? Doesn’t seem like it. Terrible customer service!
