Einstein Bros. Bagels

Registers not working so I couldn’t use my free sandwich for my birthday 😢 bathroom hand dryer not working, no napkins until we asked and waited 5 mins. Tables were disgustingly dirty and there were 3-4 employees there just talking and not cleaning up.

Dining area is freaking cold. Everybody in there is in their heavy parkas and you can see your breath. Order wasn't accurate. Morning crew didn't even have the coffee fully set up. Very unimpressive operation.

This place absolutely does not have enough employees and yet they are still open. The past 2 times there's been 2-3 employees and at least 20-50 people waiting on orders. The employees are stressed, the customers are mad but hey at least Einstein gets to make some $$$$. If you don't have people to work, then don't open.

Could even purchase anything, doors locked at 6:30am, door said opens at 5:30am. Lazy people. Change the hours on the door, or get to work on time.

Super slow. Two of five workers just standing around as line wraps around the restaurant. They clearly prioritize online orders and average about 3-5 minutes per in person customer.

You have to try the spinach bagel. Had a veggie sandwich and it was awesome! They did seem to be out of a lot of products like many are right now however the young man that handled our order was really good about suggesting alternatives. He handled it very well. Clean and quick

Charge you for premium bagels and give you plain bagels. I think they just don’t care as they had plenty of what I ordered and just chose to ignore what I had asked for. And I still tip them every time. One day I will learn.

Complete incompetence...had to tell rep 3 times the chocolate nitro brew and he didn't know what it was and had to go look at the sign.

I then wait for coffee and they tell me they don't have it after waiting 5 minutes. It was a hassle getting my refund.

Go somewhere else...nobody here knows what they are doing.

They have literally one person serving customers, so when someone wants 40 bagels and can't decide which varieties, everyone else, including the three kitchen staff, has to wait.

Always slow service, waited 15 minutes in line today for them to say they’re only taking cash. Food is good but you’ll wait 30min to get it
