The Bakers' Brewery

Nice micro brewery located next to ski resort hotels and suites. Myles was an excellent host. He lit up the dining room with a smile and humor. We had a burger and a bowl of beer cheese soup. They serve coke products, their own brews on tap (we tried "Winter is coming"), as well as a full bar. This was a nice find on our way back east on our cross country trip. 05/21/22

So I decided to give this place a shot not once, but twice since it was conveniently across the street from the hotel I was staying in. First time I just did a takeout order of their pretzels. They were okay, the beer cheese was the best out of the three dips. Staff that took my order was friendly and quick.

Went back the next day for dinner and requested to eat outside since I had my service animal with me, which they were happy to do. Server was friendly and attentive, they also weren't busy. Ordered the fish and chips, which came out pretty quickly (maybe because they weren't busy). It was two decent sized pieces of fish, but the beer batter breading lacked any flavor whatsoever. Maybe it was because of the side of craft blueberry tartar sauce, which was just plopped on the side of my plate instead of coming in a ramekin. It seemed like maybe they were cooked mostly in advance and thrown in the fryer for a few minutes to warm them up, they just didn't seem fresh, or maybe they needed to change their fryer oil. The homemade russet fries where tasty, but shoestring style. The green beans were either fresh, or fresh frozen and actually quite tasty, but had a ton of crunchy bacon pieces mixed in. I love bacon, but it was a bit of an overkill and you could tell it wasn't cooked with the beans, so it was a bit disjointed. Needless to say, I was disappointed. The server did offer to get me something else instead, but I politely declined since I had eaten half of the fish and fries and all of the green beans. I probably won't come back as I spent about $30 with tip for very subpar food.

Dayna was the only person working the restaurant/bar when we arrived at 3 o’clock. She did such a great job taking care of us and everybody else with a cheerful disposition and gorgeous smile. The food was super creative and absolutely delicious. Big portions were satisfying.
Dayna also knew all the beers and made sure everybody was satisfied with what they chose by helping recommend the flight they got! Fun delicious meal!

The beer cheese and bread here is to die for… so good. Loved it with my broccoli and the pretzel/appetizer. We all liked our meals. My chicken was maybe a little dry.

Been coming here for almost 4 years now and can always it’s the best comfort food when coming off the mountain. Service is local and friendly with great vibes. Beer is always tasty with a rotating menu.

They make their own beer and baked goods and have a really good wine list and food selection. We sat at the bar for a quick bite and really enjoyed learning about their beer from the bartenders. Baker's bowl and anything with blackened shrimp is awesome. Cannot beat the view if you sit at a table by the window

Amazing little place with so much to offer. The food and drinks are amazing and the staff are friendly and fun. Don't be afraid to stop in and enjoy yourself for a bit. I highly recommend this place! We got the hunters pie, artichoke and spinach dip and the grilled cheese 😋

The service was fast and friendly. Great recommendations. The fries with bacon, cheeses, mustard was insane! Snowbird sandwich was fantastic. I had the barking dog brown and it was nice malty flavor.

Great food. Love the menu. The beer is delish. Love that it's not packed. Fries are great. Had the smokeshack burger. Love the crispy onions on it! It's cooked perfectly.

Such a great experience!! Great drinks and wonderful food!! The bread is made on site and the corned beef is their own recipe. Everything we had was fresh and superb!! Skip the lines at nearby places and come here where service is friendly and taste is king!!
