Had a great time with friends after a snowshoe. Convenient location right off I-70. Bartenders were excellent and we had great customer service. Food was really creative and was very tasty. I loved the twiced baked!

Had the Green Chile soup with some pulled pork added for protein…friggin delicious. My wife had the Beer cheese soup with jalapeños in a bread bowl…also delicious. Cotton Mouth IPA was good, service was stellar. Will visit again next time I’m in town.

I wanted to love it... I really did. So I ordered several types of food to give myself a good overview. It was all just meh. Literally everything came out to the table cold. Appetizer and food. It's a bit chaotic, even on a general Wednesday night. Waitstaff needs a lot of work.

Fries were tasty. Focacia is delicious. Get the Brown Dog beer. Fantastic.

AWESOME beer, delicious food, and excellent service. Stopped by here for a late lunch and some beers and will 1000% be coming back. All of the beers we tried were great (GREAT!) and the food (lots on the menu is made in-house) was out of this world. Definitely try the Jalapeño-cheddar bread (MOUTHWATERING) and the onion rings (PERFECT - and onion rings are hard to make!) if you get the chance. They also have a bakery if you have a sweet tooth or just want a snack for later.

The service was wonderful, too. We sat at the bar and had a great conversation with our bartender. Will definitely be back soon!

Had a great experience a few weeks ago when the owner was there but not tonight! Came in at 445 a guy and girl working but bar area covered in dirty dishes only a few customers. We sat at the bar and were never even acknowledged! We watched the girl make cocktails for her friends but no one even told us they'd be with us in a minute! After 10 minutes and no service in sight we headed back to the DAM. This is our 4th visit and we've only received service ONE time when the owner was there. I feel bad for the owner since his beer and food is phenomenal but tonight's staff is literally the worst anywhere in Summit. They suck.

We took a ski trip to keystone and one late night we needed food bad! We took a shuttle which only took us to silverthorne station and we were determined to try this place. It was closing in 1 hr and it was freezing, but we walked a while and finally got here. What a treat!!! Worth the cold walk. The brown ale is SO good. Unbelievable. Why can’t they sell it in the store?! Since they were closing soon we didn’t order to much. My husband and I split fish and chips. My daughter got wings with the spicy sauce. She loved them. We enjoyed our food too, but the fish portion was small compared to most places.
We said that we had to come back one more time before we went home and we did! Got there earlier so we could enjoy our food and drink more. The second time it was even better! The pretzels, elote corn, shrimp salad and chicken parm was very good. Oh those pretzels!! The beet cheese! Of course the brown ale as well. So good. It is a scratch kitchen and you can tell. The food is excellent. One of the best places we ate at on our trip.

Across the street from hotel, so very convenient and an excellent find! Fajita Salad rated very good, I had Fish & Chips (without Blueberry Sauce, sorry), HOMEMADE Fries and Green Beans with Bacon. All excellent and all topped by Ian’s service and sense of humor! Thank you!

My wife and I visited this place after hiking The Mayflower Gulch; the food was Outfreakin’STANDING, and the beer was phenomenal! My wife and I are fans of dark beer and this place’s K-Pow Imperial Stout and Sasquatch Brown Ale (brewed on bourbon casks) did not disappoint. The service topped off a great experience.
Will not only recommend, but definitely visit again!

Great place to stop and enjoy a meal or just grab a drink. I had to kill some time to slow my car to charge. Came in 30 min before closing and was given a great experience by Cameron (I think that’s his name) the bartender. Food was great, bar was very well stocked with lots of great options. They truly make you feel like a regular and give great care in what they do. A must try if you’re in the area.

The Baker’s Brewery has consistently good food, a chill vibe, and fantastic beer. Make sure to get a fresh pretzel! Highly recommended!
