The Bakers' Brewery

This might have been the worst dining experience i’ve ever had. From start to finish, the waters that were brought to us had hair in it. No big deal, it happens. Ordered their mint julep with house made mint syrup, the cocktail tasted like i was drinking straight mint syrup, no bourbon to be tasted. We ordered pretzels as an appetizer, which probably would have been really tasty but they were luke-warm. For the entrees, we ordered grilled cheese and philly cheesesteak, same thing as the pretzel, probably would have been really good, but everything came out barely warm. We also had their side mac and cheese, very bland. Throughout the night we had 2 servers, neither of which asked how anything was. One greeted us and gave us a check the other took our order. The saddest $60 i’ve ever spent..

Bellied up to the bar on New Years Eve and was pleasantly surprised to see lots of the local folks here (always a good sign!). Lots of good vegetarian options, everything homemade...tomato soup was rich and creamy, the grilled cheese was served on homemade, crust-less bread and LOTS of cheese. Wait staff is friendly, attentive, entertaining and hustle to get food out while it’s hot.

So awesome was our experience that we came back the next day for pork tacos.

Really good meatball sliders and ceviche! We got stuck in silverthorne after a snowstorm shut down I70. These folks were slammed but they still got us our food to go in a timely manner and it was super delicious. Thanks so much!

Service was and food were both okay. For something with Baker in the name I would have had high expectations for the baked items. The pretzels felt like they had been microwaved and the Cuban was served on regular white bread. The Cuban bread is a major part of what makes a Cuban a Cuban.

We are from out of town and stopped there for lunch based on their online menu. I had the fish and chips which was good, loved the shoestring potatoes and green beans with a ton of bacon. Hubby had the fight club sandwich which was huge and he enjoyed a house beer. The wait staff was friendly. The decor needs some work. We would come back again!

Had dinner there due to a recommendation of the hotel around the corner. To my great surprise to place was amazing. Food was excellent, staff was friendly and the owner was there as well. The owner Stephanie takes great pride in every little detail and makes sure she gets it right. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was amazing! If you are a regular at the Dillon Damn Brewery you will like this even more. Much more chill atmosphere and less crazy/crowded.

Stopped on our way to Denver! Ryan was a phenomenal server! He recommended amazing sandwiches (fight club) aaaaamazing! Mixed a beer for us (never have done before) so good! I also wanted a blossom shirt...didn’t have my size so, he ordered it for me and is sending it to my home. He made the experience really fun!

We have had two excellent meals at the Bakers' Brewery. I am very critical of food and service at restaurants - this place was game on. Thank you Ian and Martina!

Ordered food on the phone, told to be there in 30 minutes. Got to the restaurant and was told they were just boxing it up... 25 minutes later we had our food. I'd prefer to hear an honest mistake like they forgot to put the order in, or something, rather than having a 25 minute food box up.
Brew master was fully capable of telling us he was the brew master, but not of helping answer questions. So, customer service dropped the ball. Decent food, good beer.

Came here for a dinner with a wedding party 25+ people. We were seated quickly but after being seated service was slow. We received watered down drinks and our food took a very long time for simple dishes like fries with salt and pepper. After politely asking about time it would take for food the waitress was snippy and rude with our party and did not provide us good service past this point. After all of the problems the waitress told us she could not split our check due to people moving over one table. She gave us a check for our entire group and we then asked for separate checks. The best they would do is split it by table. On top of the not so good service they automatically generated 18% gratuity which was ridiculous for the service we had received. After talking to the manager there was nothing further they would do for our party. Service was not good and our entire party was not happy. Hopefully they will think about service in the future.
