The Bakers' Brewery

No Military Discount
One of the few places in town that doesn’t offer a Military Discount. There was a short wait to sit down as it’s the only place you can walk to from several hotels on this side of I-70. This used to be a Village Inn so we were curious to try it out.

The food was pretty good, most of has had a generous amount of food but my seafood past was smaller than the macaroni meal. The Sausages and Mash was the best meal we had. We finished it off with a frozen snowball which was worth the whole visit.

Drinks were served fast as well as the food, which was surprising since the restaurant and bar were packed. Great job!! We would visit here again!

Amazing food. Was staying at the hotel across the street and it was so good we came back the next day. Hunters Pie and the Snow Bird Sandwich

Food was fantastic, atmosphere was fantastic, our bartender/ server Cameron was also fantastic and very patient with me trying new beers.

Great experience, good fast service, wide variety of food. House Bloody Mary is a must. Good homemade baked dessert. Wife had Black bean burger was good as well as my Buffalo chicken wrap. Ceviche app was on point. Would recommend this place.

An awesome experience. Well worth the visit. Fast friendly service, clean facilities, excellent food and great brews. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in or near the Silverthorne area.

Almost went to the Dam Brewery for the fifth time. We were so glad to have came here instead. The grilled chicken brest sandwich I had (Snow Bird), was quite possibly the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. They only had eight of their own beers, all of them were excellent so that is fine. Came home with a very reasonably priced growler. There service was also the most attentive we had all weekend.

Service was friendly. Food was good, the beer sample was very tasty! Served quickly. Portions were very ample. This would be a great apre ski eatery. It is convenient to I-70. I had the Ranchadilla and was not able to finish the portion!

We hosted a wedding welcome event at Bakers on 10/13/22. Cory was helpful in planning and our designated server was fantastic. We had about 50 guests and used the back corner and surrounding high-tops. Very comfortable setting with great service. Food and drinks were also good!

Stopped here for dinner on our last night in the mountains for a ski trip and the food was amazing! The twice baked was genius and service was quick and prompt! Really neat brewery with excellent food! Also great options if you are gluten free!
