What do you get when you mix really good food, decent prices, friendly service, and a great, family friendly atmosphere? Sunshine Cafe! We stopped here for brunch on a Friday morning as a party of four and we were seated after 15 minutes. Good variety of items on the menu, and the coffee tasted really great too. The Chorizo Eggs Benedict is fantastic! Lots of tables and seats inside, with 5-6 seats on the counter as well. Located 1 minute from the I-70 Silverthorne exit. Highly recommended!

This place is a nice homey feel for a great start of a day breakfast. The enchilada and eggs was super flavorful, the chicken was a little dry. The wheat cake was a huge portion and was not expecting it. The waitress, Charlie, was super nice and attentive always asking if we needed anything.

Good spot that gets busy.
Still fast and attentive service, including offering coffee to go after your meal (at least at the counter).
Good portion size for the price and breakfast food is pretty good.

Had a little bit of a slow service getting food but it was well worth it! The food here is reasonably priced and tastes amazing. The staff were very nice and patient people. If you are looking for a place to get breakfast in Silverthorne then this is the place to go!

This is the cutest little cafe. Everyone was so super nice, our food was delicious and everything that was coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. They have a cute fish tank for kids. Everything was completely fantastic. I wish we lived closer to visit more often..

Good breakfast spot in Silverthorne with many options to choose from. Big plates. The only downside is the time it takes for the food to come ( more than 40 min).

Great breakfast place, lots of choice and often their lunch menu is also available. Pancakes were decent but my Chorizo Burrito was absolutely killer. The vegetarian green chili on it, made it stellar. Nice staff, helpful, would def go back.

This is our go-to breakfast place when in Silverthorne. The food is always very good, and the staff very friendly.
I mixed things up and got the Country Fried Steak, instead of an omelet. It was a good choice.
Come try it out!

20 minute wait Sunday morning at 10:00am wasn’t bad at all considering how many people were waiting! Chorizo egg Benedict sandwich pictured… it was good one egg was under cooked and the other was over cooked… however I enjoyed it, new flavors that I tasted more after quite a bit of salt added. The coffee was great which is important for me personally, ate at the bar and enjoyed the vibe. Fantastic service and the food just kept coming out of the kitchen! Almost like it’s pre-made ahead of opening or perhaps the day before. However it tasted great so no complaints. I tried their sunshine sauce opposed to my usual cholula and I enjoyed the new flavors.

I tried this restaurant after a long hike and I loved the food and service. There was a long line when I arrived but they're really efficient so the wait time wasn't bad at all. Our server, Kevin, was kind and cool, gave good recommendations, and affirming my menu choices. I would definitely recommend this place for brunch or lunch any day if you're in Summit County.
