My son said “this would probably win the best breakfast award (this is as good as grandmas food) and the food came at light speed” p.s. the artwork on the wall is hilarious!

The food is fabulous & the service is excellent! The atmosphere is cozy, and really unique.

I never write reviews but this was the worst breakfast I have ever had. I ordered eggs Benedict and the sauce did not seem to be hollandaise sauce. It looked and tasted like mayonnaise all over the plate. The protein portions are very small as well. The good reviews seem to be mostly about sweets or side dishes. I would not come here because it is expensive with the least amount of effort.

I ordered the hamburger medium well, it was way overcooked. I sent it back and asked for medium, it came out well done so I sent it back again. The cook came out and started berating us in the dining area. After a 5 minute argument in front of everybody we settled the bill, paid for a burger that I didn't eat and went to in-n-out. Had a far better experience at a fast food restaurant. Go here at your own risk.

Quaint cute establishment with the sweetest people serving. The portions are huge and absolutely delicious. I do NOT say this lightly! It will without a doubt be the BEST hollandaise sauce you will EVER eat!!! If you are a hollandaise sauce fanatic like myself then this is a bucket list item. Not exaggerating. Bon appetit.

What they do well, they do incredibly. This is one of the best waffles you will ever eat. Butter inside, cooked in butter, butter on top. Spring for the pecans and real maple syrup. Amazing.

Well made breakfast food. Blintzes were sweetened cottage cheese like filling wrapped in crepe, with toasted top and sprinkles of powdered sugar. Three of them were served with side of cream, a few cut up strawberries and strawberry jam. A huge sweet breakfast for one. The eggs Benedict was well made, delicious with hash browns and whatever meat on top of English muffins. Another huge breakfast item.

Coffee was okay.

Pretty ordinary breakfast place in Carmel.

Looked like not all staff were wearing a mask (neither indoors or outdoors), but don't know the Monterey mask rule. Felt safe enough to eat outside.

Food was good overall. Would go again. Cute place, best was that the cost which was fairly "normal" for a restaurant in downtown Carmel. They have any options for breakfast and lunch. Outdoor and indoor dining.

So so so so amazing! Everything I would imagine from a breakfast!
The waffle was so crispy and light, the best my said my husband had ever tasted!
The hash browns were also so light and crisp! Love the atmosphere and warm homey feel! 10⭐️🧇

Best bacon egg Benedict. They don't skimp on the Hollandaise sauce and you can tell it's authentic and homemade. Great coffee, corned beef, crispy hash browns and the best Belgian waffle I've ever had. Outdoor tables with heaters on to take the chill off the morning air and quaint inside seating that feels like home. Unpretentious and Delicious with great service too!!
