The Carmel Coffee House and Roasting Company

Coffee was average, probably slightly below Starbucks quality. Terrible service; the girls just used foul language and talked about drinking and talking shots from their previous weekend. Would not return. Find a different coffee shop in Carmel.

The dark roast drip coffee is incredible! By far, one of the best coffees I've tasted! Will be back for more! 😃

Probably the worst customer experience I've received in California. Two baristas were so rude I actually left without drinking the coffee they messed up making (twice). Avoid !!!

Good coffee and they were pretty quick. A little tight on space waiting for my drink, the guy who took our order went out of his way to be friendly!

Rude service! The management needs to step in and provide basic customer service training! The food and coffee was ok, but after the cashier intentionally overheating the food, the taste does not really matter any more...

Not sure what the other reviewers are on about the staff, they were really pleasant and even complimented my shirt :) the drinks and food are really nice too.

A lovely little independent coffee place with a courtyard to sit in just off the main street. Has a bit more soul than the chain stores.

Great location and nice coffee roasting machine to complement the ambience. A little tight to order but nice seating outside.
