Offers $1.50 coffee or $2.50 latte special before 8am. Doesn’t have decaf coffee. Will make you decaf americano but will charge full price. Won’t even give you the latte price even though, in fact, an americano (espresso + hot water) costs less and is easier to make than a latte (espresso + steamed milk). Alternatively, won’t give any $ off for bringing your own cup.

Customer service was slow. Their coffee was ok but the pumpkin latte was good. But hey! You got get the coffee right if you claim to be a coffee shop! So overall, 3 stars.

We did not get to try the coffee or anything as we arrived when they were closing up shop. However, when we asked a simple question about their hours, we received some of the rudest treatment I've ever experienced. If their coffee is like their attitude, it must be very bitter!

A little hidden gem we stumbled into. Coffee was great and loved the location!

Get a reality check! Mr. Business owner the true bully is YOU stop trying to bait me just admit your supporting bad business to local and tourist people with your disinterested, no customer service staff, just fix the problem instead of blaming customers like us that keep you in business I've said before your coffee is good not great just people behind the counter needs severe help in customer service, word of mouth gets around a small community in Monterey area people talk. I haven't changed my tune about your manager believe me others have been offended by your staff I am not alone on this subject. Oh by the way stop stalking me on my reviews, I know the truth hurts I feel for you "JUST FIX IT" have a wonderful day :-)

Charming quaint little place. Love the surroundings. Coffee is pretty good and the quiche is amazing. Unfortunately, The service is terrible. 2 female barristas dont know what their doing.

It's charming, coffee is great, the service was excellent and the outdoor seating is great. My new stop when in Carmel! Oh and I love that it is secluded and cozy.

Nice place I felt taken care of though there was a strict no coddling policy.

It was a cute little place that also accepted cards.
