We are coffee snobs and this is the one place in Carmel that has great coffee. Super cozy atmosphere. Good service. Clientele has many locals. Highly recommend.

Situated inside a small courtyard. Serve good coffee at reasonable prices. Free WiFi available.

The best thing about this place is the location and the environment. It is overpriced, staff is not very friendly and the drinks are nothing to write home about. We ordered a cappuccino and a smoothie. The latter was good and tasty, but the coffee was given in a cup that was bent, and the lid couldn't be properly placed. in addition, half of the cup was only foam! The terrace outside is nice, but to be honest, for the excessive price and the quality of the drinks I would go to any of the other coffee places around.

A perfect execution of a California coffee house. Everything is perfect. My only recommendation would be to have less potatoes in the breakfast burrito and more eggs.

Henry Martin

Simply the best coffee house in all of Carmel-by-the-sea.
They roast there own beans, have lite food to eat with your drinks and table seating outside.

Sgahira

Very cute charming little coffee house. Amazing service and delicious drinks and breakfast. Highly recomend their Chai Latte and a chorizo burrito.

I had a phenomenal mocha here. I will definitely return. Small, quaint, and tucked away in the heart of downtown Carmel, the wait staff was friendly and efficient. It's worth coming to Carmel just for the hot brew.

Tucked back in an alleyway off of Ocean Avenue - offers great coffee and pastries. Very cozy ambience.

This place will satisfy those (like us) who love excellent espresso and espresso drinks. As self acclaimed coffee snobs this is our favorite coffee in town. The coffee is fresh and the pulls just right. The people are wonderful, the courtyard is quaint and dog friendly. Not to be confused with a chain (Carmel Valley) with a similar name. Got to the hidden courtyard for the best!

The coffee was good as well as the lemon loaf.
Contactless payment didn’t work at this time.
