Place was filthy, ordered a turkey sandwich no turkey on it. Nobody there to rectify situation all too busy sweeping floors and at drive thru. Bathrooms had no towels floor was sticky. Was like I was in a 3rd world country!!

My fiancé and I come here all the time and love it.. until today. I will never ever go back to that business again. The girls in there were incredibly rude. We went through the drive through and got two ham and Swiss egg sandwiches and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The bagel wasn’t even hot. I went back in and kindly asked them to be remade and to make sure they’re hot.. the girl making the sandwiches said “I toasted them, but sure I’ll remake them since I have nothing better to do” clearly loud enough so that I would hear it while slamming the two new bagels on the counter. I then said “ma’am I think that is uncalled for when I came in here very kindly and just wanted a hot sandwich. We come here all the time and get the same exact thing and it’s always great so I would like it to be the same as it usually is” the other girl then proceeded to tell me that their toasters don’t work the best sometimes etc etc. well the second sandwiches weren’t any better and never mind the way she slammed by bag down on the counter, one sandwich wasn’t fully wrapped and the cheese still very hard and not melted at all. My fiancé went in after me to get our money back and she asked if we had a receipt.. even though she just saw him go through the drive through. Patrick was very nice and gave my fiancé a few bagel and shmear cards and apologized. The other girl yelled at him for that and told my fiancé that we should go to a different einsteins next time. So not profession and very very unnecessary and rude. Will never come here again.

Why only 3 stars?
Broken tables. Tables not clean. No napkins. Purchased a bagel box and they would not toast a couple of them. Overall not a great experience.

There was a long line in the Drive-Thru but my order was perfect and the employees were very kind. I would come back!

My husband went in and bought a bagel with creme cheese. After 15 minutes he asked where the bagel was and they said it still hasn’t shown up on the screen. We eventually got our bagel but this is ridiculous. I love Einstein bagels so I still gave it a 3 but this not ok. Hope a change is made!

We just moved to the area and were looking for a local place to grab a bagel this morning. Googled it, and this place came up. We thought, “ Great! Coffee & Bagels! Just what we needed. Sounds like a great mom and pop joint.”
We looked at a pic or two.. the bagels looked awesome, and so we decided to go. When we pulled up... we saw that we had been tricked! I’m sure upon viewing more pics, we’d have seen that this place was a chain, but we didn’t look that far.
The sign out front does technical say Coffee & Bagels... it’s just that no one mentioned that it said caribou COFFEE & einsetin BAGELS..
I mean we were disappointed, but the bagels were still really tasty so in the end, it’s whatever.

I ordered from here yesterday 9/12. My friend went to go pick up our order & she asked for the coffee and the guy said you did not order one when I actually did, so she left. I called and asked for a refund the worker said my doordasher left the drink there he sees it on the counter melting. First off I did not order through DoorDash for him to assume. He was super rude on the phone. I asked for a refund for the coffee, I do not live in that area and will not be going back! I just wanted a refund and he said he could not provide one even though I did not get my coffee.

Mia (she called herself the manager ) , inspite of knowing i had a 3 yr old she purposely delayed my order and caused a lot of trouble and inconvinience to us at this location . Highly disappointed , such people should be encouraged and should be given knowledge on how to treat customers

The guy working drive-thru before close today is the epitome of good customer service. We go to a different location regularly and today we learned that we could have been getting twice as many bagels for a slightly lower price this whole time. Now we have breakfast for tomorrow. He also bagged the cinnamon bagels separately from the others, which has never been done before, and indeed our fruity bagels have previously been molested by the cinnamon sugar crumblies. thank you!!!!
