Terrible service. Dirty inside. The staff were rude not greeting anyone or Acknowledging customers. No one could figure out who was helping who. Nothing was stocked in the front fridge for purchase. The coworker proceeded to say I was lying because I told her I never got my bagels and she said boxed them well I’m not sure who grabbed them but I waited over an hour for my order for a business breakfast for the worst customer service. After $150 and tipping well to be treated like that I’ll never return

Visited there on 3/11/23 at 10:30 AM. Ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and after 30 minutes of waiting and many people ahead of us we had to leave and asked for the bagels untoasted and plain to go. The dining room was dirty. The staff was completely disorganized and the overall this organized. Management needs to do a better job!

Look I’m not one to ever leave a bad review especially if I haven’t had the conversation with the business about the experience I had. However this is a special case it may seem weird but I order my bagel the same way every time I get them. Two eggs bacon cheese on a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I always ask to verify they have strawberry cream cheese and that they will put it on my bagel and they always say yes. however this is literally the third time in a row where I have specifically asked for strawberry cream cheese and confirmed they will put it on but now they have successfully for the third time in a row not done that even after I confirmed they were going to…. Now I absolutely understand they were crazy busy when I ordered but I’m tired of getting my simple order wrong… here is a picture of my half eaten bagel because The bagel doesn’t taste bad I just would really like my freaking cream cheese.
Now let’s talk about service it was absolutely wonderful and they are great at the window I just want my freaking cream cheese!!!! How hard is it to remember cream cheese on a bagel that’s like literally bagels 101
Thank you for reading to this point I just really hope next time I get my strawberry cream cheese

Einsteins is the best! Went to the counter and immediately knew that this would a great place to have breakfast!! Clean, great environment, friendly staff. Very nice gentleman I met earlier today! Didnt get his name but he was a nice guy. Tried their chorizo and 2 egg bagel! Oh man! I even got their Bacon Avocado and Turkey on Asiago bread, it looks fantastic cannot wait to bite into this one! I'm drooling already!! Gotta eat guys!
Check it out I have pictures attached to this one!! All the best to my followers on here!!!
Happy Eating!

Avoid this place. Even a customer recommended going to Panera instead!
Honestly, I really like the bagels, but the customer service is seriously, seriously lacking and pretty negative for the brand!
Since I drive 13 miles to get here and pick up my bagels ...when I get home it's always disappointing the bagels are never sliced. This happened at least six times. So, I started opening the box in the parking lot just to make sure.
The system allows me to pick the option of whether to have the bagels sliced or not.
Today, I ordered in the morning around 10:00 a.m.. I ordered 13 bagels and 2 smears. The girl refused to give me the smears I paid for and started giving me attitude. I was in the Drive-Thru and politely told her no I did pay for two smears and I would like the chives. She did give this to me and that should have been the entire transaction. However I checked the bagels and they were not sliced.
As usual...again!!!
I went inside and said the box is broken and these are not sliced.
Can I get another box or bag and she refused.
Can I get these sliced and she refused.
Then she told me they close down the slicer at noon and I asked why since they're open until 2:00.
She told me they shut the slicer off at noon because it's easier for them to close the store.
So I asked them to manually slice the bagels. The whole thing escalated by the time she had tried to cut into the third bagel with the serrated bread knife which ripped the bagel pretty bad.
A customer who had been harassing me the whole time she was slicing started yelling at me and I was accused of causing problems and would I like a refund.
I looked over at the bagels that were ripped to pieces and decided yeah maybe a refund is not a bad idea....
Took out my phone to start documenting treatment of me .. the only minority in the store, and they immediately gave me the money.
So they gave me the refund for the bagels which, I don't need the money... but it's sad they couldn't give a paying customer who requested sliced bagels in the system...sliced bagels without a hard time after driving 13 miles to get there.
Two employees told me that I don't pay for slicing! and I said but that is an option and a service they offer... Well I guess they don't offer it at that store... You know, service!!!! Haha
I selected that option for sliced bagels as yes, and I was expecting sliced bagels. I know, silly me!
I did offer a recommendation to have it changed in the system - if it truly was a policy to shut down the slicer at noon for all stores. At least let customers know they're getting 13 unsliced bagels.
Since I'm already driving 13 miles I might as well drive to either of the Val Vista and Guadalupe location - which is a very pleasant location or the Scottsdale location where they actually care about the customers.
Clearly the slicer was working for the breakfast sandwich I ordered but not for my bagels???!!!! See image attached.
Contacted feedback only customer service about six times over the last couple years with no one contacting me back ever.
I wish Brandon Turner or Jose Duenas would do something about this!
Change the app to say we can't get our bagel sliced after noon.
Don't give me the option for slicing when it's NEVER going to happen!!! :)
Zero stars for this location! Zero Stars! Customers do not come first and because it's a Caribou coffee maybe they don't care about the bagel. There's attitude here consistently over the years. So many errors. In fact I ordered the sweetheart package and didn't get my blueberry muffin.
I could honestly say they don't care about the customer!
Update: I went to a better Einstein's and they confirmed they do not close the slicer or turn it off ever until they close. So, the Williams Field location insisted several times the company policy was to shut down the slicer 2 hours before closing. A customer harassing me insisted the employees were not lying but in fact, it is not company policy to turn off the slicer while open.

I've always loved Einsteins on my way to work. But the past few times I've been there I've waited almost 25-30 minutes online in the drive up to finally get my bagel. With only 3 to 4 cars ahead of me. In the past it was less than 5 minutes and I was back on the road to work. After the last time there I pulled up at 740am and didn't get back on the road until 806am. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. I ended up being almost 15 minutes late to work. I only work down on Gilbert and Williams Field.

8am on a Wednesday this location had plenty of options. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Coffee is so so but mainly going for bagels which are delicious.

Not my typical past Einstein's experience - Walked in to a dining room with overflowing garbage cans and trash on floors; limited workers behind counter; ordered 2 turkey and cheese sandwiches - only 1 came with turkey; no chips included (even though board says chips included) and no paper towels in men's restroom. Because of lack of staffing and every one trying to get their drive thru orders out; we did not complain about sandwiches or chips; but definitely won't visit this location again.

I've been waiting in the store for nearly 30 minutes on my small order along with many other annoyed customers. Staff seems incompetent and only focused on moving the drive through along. Would ask for a refund, but that would mean another 10+ minutes in line. Will not return to this location, still love their food.

This was probably my second time to this location and I normally have great experiences at Einstein, but I’m really upset. This location is located right next to a medical facility. I had been fasting for my exam and ventured over bc I love Einstein. They’re usually out of cinnamon sugar bagels so I was super stoked they had them! I ordered one, as well as my husband’s order and was on my way. Got home and was met with utter disappointment to see they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel. I HATE raisins.
The service was ok. They were busy so I excused the fact that three workers just passed the register without even acknowledging me (I was literally the only person waiting to order). I was greeted by a young woman who seemed less than thrilled to be there. Barely spoke and when she did could barely hear her. Can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon.
