Einstein Bros. Bagels

Bagels are good, customer service is very poor. Would it hurt if any of their employees smiled a little. No one seems to enjoy working there. The work area behind the counter always appears dirty and cluttered with dropped items. Needs to be swept and mopped more. They need more than one trash can inside the building, that's always filled and needing service with no trash can for the outside table area.

This place does nothing but false advertise, this isn't the first time just the most recent...I was sent an e-mail listing all the new family bundles....none of them are available!! In fact the staff knows nothing about them! They say call ahead, but I was told by a manager they aren't allowed to answer phones on weekends, that makes perfect sense! The management seems clueless. I know times are tough and I'm understanding of mistakes but this type of service is never ok!

I was there on Friday, 10/12, after 9am. 7 people on, one cashier. Cashier was taking care of a big order, no fault of hers because customer kept adding to his already large order. What I don’t understand is WHY I (and the other 3 of us) had to wait over 15 minutes in line? So many staff... SO LITTLE HELP!

I asked for Nova Lox and received it without the Lox ( Salmon ) and didn't apologize and was unpleasant when she gave it back to me. And the other sandwich was SCREAMING SALTY. And they don't have GLUTEN FREE bagels. Going down fast!!!

Service was very good and friendly, even 30 minutes before close. Food was bad, oj tasted like Donald duck oj and all the bagels tasted the same.

Sure liked this place a lot better when it was just plain Einstein Bagels. It's a pain to not have soda machines. Who wants to buy a bottle of Coke & then ask for a glass with ice? Not much selection of soft drinks either. Also there are no longer big pots of different types of coffee. If the new concept was to be trendy & cool, it's a miserable failure. Bagels are still good though!!

I honestly don't know why all of the bad reviews are on here. I had a great experience using the drive thru. It was quick and they were very polite and waited for me to check over the menu. They even gave me a dog treat at the window for my dog in the car. Would recommend and return to again.

Went tgrough the drive through very hard to hear them had to repeat order several times. Bagels were fresh. Bagel burrito was great

Usually my trip to Einstein is quick. About once a month I brink a dozen bagels to work. Now I'm late. Why are they filling one order at a time? It seemed like the girl at the cash register was doing everything. I've worked in an Einsteins before. They need more people, at least someone to help the register person pack.

The last 3 times I've gone to this store they have been out of the 6 cheese and the Asiago bagels.
Yesterday I waited 15 minutes for the Asiago bagels to come out of the oven. (They didn't have any more 6 cheese bagels to bake)
THEN I was told they were out of the Mocha Java for the rest of the day.

Why is this store always out of everything? Is it ordering problems? Managing problems? Worker problems?

I've managed 2 stores and you order by supply and demand. You also order by the time of year and predicted sales.

I don't understand what the issue is with this store?
